Spacious apartment, but limited facilities in mid-season

Spacious and comfortable apartment. Friendly staff and good breakfast.

The property is located uphill — walking to the town centre may be less convenient, especially in bad weather. Stayed in late October (mid-season) when the hotel restaurant was closed. We were not aware that both breakfast and the indoor pool are located in another building — going there for a swim in a bathrobe was not convenient, especially with kids. The indoor pool, one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel, closes already at 7 pm. Access by car is not very comfortable due to narrow roads — when meeting another car, you often have to reverse.

Would recommend to put in the hotel name not the apartment location. It will be easier to find with the car.

The only thing I can think about is that it is a bit far from the city center and not near the main Gondola for skiers. Alas, the Shuttle was always willing to drive us there. Both drivers and Front Desk personnel extremely nice people

Fabulous

Fabulous. Very well kitted out rooms. Excellent Linen. Good bathroom. Great spa with indoor & outdoor pool (although no gym). Fantastic breakfast. Well trained and super helpful staff. Located up a hill just up from Kitzbühel. The hotel is a gem.

A great place to holiday, especially when you have a dog

this apartment was well equipped and stylish, with all the equipment in good working order. It was thoroughly cleaned each day. The breakfast served in the main hotel second to none, with superb food and staff who could not be more friendly.

Wonderful views, apartment and staff. We already want to go back!

It's a fabulous hotel with exceptional staff. Our apartment was spacious, comfortable, well equipped and with a great view of the mountains. The hotel itself was only a short distance and we were very well treated on each of our visits. The menu isn't particularly large but we had two wonderful, if a tad. pricey, dinners there. Breakfast either inside or on the terrace, accompanied by a very good sparkling rose!

I can't think of anything. The restaurant attached to the apartments was closed due to the chef injuring himself. That being open would have been ideal as it's a little cheaper than the restaurant in the hotel.

Heaven - amazing breakfast and amazing staff

The apartment was very spacious with two lovely double rooms and en-suite showers. We also had a balcony with fantastic views. The apartment was well equipped and was cleaned everyday. The breakfast at the hotel is the best we have ever had. There was an enormous, delicious choice which catered for everyone. The use of the Spa was also an added bonus. We felt like we were staying in a 5 star hotel in the apartments. All of the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly, welcoming, attentive and helpful. Our breakfast waiter Peter was particularly fantastic. We absolutely loved our stay and would certainly return.

Bardzo dobre śniadanie - jajecznica na zamówienie - świeżo przyrządzana - dobra kawa, napoje. Pokoje bardzo duże i wygodne. Spa rewelacja - Sauny 3 miejsca relaksu, basen wewnętrzny i zewnętrzny, jacuzzi. Hotel blisko wyciągu.

Szkoda, że TV nie miało SMART TV z youtube i netflix.

Sehr gemütliches, gut ausgestattetes, technisch hochwertiges Apartment . Gemütliche Betten. Wunderbarer Ausblick. Sehr guter, aufmerksamer Zimmerservice. Kleine Küche mit Nespresso Kaffeemaschine. Kaffee wurde sehr regelmäßig aufgefüllt. Gutes Frühstück, das im Tennerhof eingenommen wurde. Den Wellnessbereich haben wir nicht besucht. Das Restaurant war saisonbedingt geschlossen.

Fantastisch hotel/appartement op een betoverende locatie

Ruim appartement met zeer fraai en schoon santair. Zeker het gebruik van het zwembad van 5 ***** hotel Tennerhof (inclusief) viel goed in de smaak omdat het alle dagen 30+ graden was.

De inrichting van het appartement leek niet goed afgestemd op het huis; meubels nét te groot waardoor deuren niet geheel open konden. Onhandige indeling.

Das Frühstück war hervorragend und wohl kaum zu überbieten. Sehr schöne Lage und angenehm zu erreichen. Schöne Poolanlage im Tennerhof.

Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, hatten aber Glück das wir einen großen Baum vor unserem Zimmer hatten. Abendessen im Tennerhof war sehr gut ( außer Caesar Salat ), wir haben a la carte gegessen und dafür auch bezahlt, jedoch haben sich die Portionen von den mehrgängigen Menüs nicht unterschieden.

Frühstück war perfekt. Lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Die Küche im Appartement, Geschirr nicht einheitlich, Topfdeckel zerbrochen oder fehlender Teekannendeckel. Besteck in unterschiedlicher Menge vorhanden, Küchenmesser fehlt. Griffe an den Küchenschränken scharfkantig-Verletzungsgefahr. Bin mir aber sicher, dass die Mängel behoben werden oder schon behoben sind, denn der Service ist super, man muss nur fragen :)
