Ein sehr schönes Hotel, technisch aber noch Verbesserungspotential

Das Hotel macht an sich einen sehr guten Eindruck, es ist sauber und neu renoviert, das Personal ist ausserordentlich freundlich. Außerdem gibt es Ladesäulen und einen ausreichend großen Parkplatz

Zweigriffmischer mögen zwar nett aussehen, sind jedoch mehr als nur unpraktisch. Besonders wenn die Temperatur so schwank, dass man fast aus der Dusche springen möchte. Ausserdem lief die Heizung auf voller Temperatur und ließ sich nicht abstellen, das war recht ärgerlich und ich musste bei offenem Fenster schlafen. Die Kaffeemaschine hat leider auch nicht funktioniert.

A pleasant stay near the station and riverside.

The location was perfect as near the station. On arrival we were delighted to see a spacious riverside room comfortably furnished and offering good views of the river and surrounding area. We were lucky to spot a White Dipper bud on the riverbank when walking to the old town which is a 15 minute walk to the centre.

Unfortunately on arrival in our room there was too much focus on the coffee drinker. Coffee machine, pods and coffee cream. We are tea drinkers and there was only 1 peppermint T bag on offer. There was no black tea or UHT milk. I went to Reception to see I could get some milk and was bluntly told ‘Austrians only drink black tea! As a Hotel I strongly believe that you should cater for international guests as much as possible. Not everyone likes coffee. After a while the Receptionist reluctantly gave me a little milk until we could buy some the next day. Furthermore, whilst the room was tastefully furnished the room was a little dark, only offering low bedside lights and a corner low light with 2 settings. In my view a central light would give better light, I wear reading lasses only and struggled to read the Henri booklets, I went out on to the balcony as brighter. Lastly, the pillows were far too soft. Therefore, we requested more and received them the next morning.

Ruhebereich bei der sauna war toll und die Inkludierte Tiroler Jause war super! Frühstück war sehr lecker und sehr nettes Personal!

Sehr sympathisches und kommunikatives Personal. Serviceorientiert und freundlich! Konnte auch nach dem Check-Out noch arbeiten.

Zimmer war sehr klein und der Spa sowie der Fitness-Bereich ist noch ausbaubar!

Gute Lage, zentrumsnah, direkt beim Bahnhof. Genug Parkmöglichkeiten. Sehr leckeres Frühstück und Jause am Nachmittag.

Badarmaturen im alten Hausteil sind keine Einhebelmischer , etwas umständlich einzustellen.

A boquet of facilities with a great view

The room wasn’t ready on time but they upgraded it and made up for it. The balcony view of the river is fantastic. The swimming pool and sauna are a great plus for the hotel.

Lokacija je odlična. Ravno prav odmaknjena od vrveža, v bližini železniške postaje, s sprehajalno potjo ob reki vse do centra 10-15 minut hoje. Zajtrk samopostrežen, odličen. Popoldanska malica všteta v ceno, odlična. Samopostrežni bife tudi za pijačo. Cene pijače ugodne. Čudovit bazen z savnami in zunanjo teraso za sproščanje.

Nice place and a living city

Kitzbühel is a very nice city and the mountains are awsome. The employed was very nice and helpfull.

The floor in the pool area is very dangerous. I went slowly down the stairs from the pool and suttenly both legs slipped and i went right down on my back and injuried my wrist in the fall. I am a sporty guy. Paid parking outside is not ok, when you visit a place like that. Very much noise from the river

Rundum sehr gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage

Sehr freundliches Personal, tolles Frühstück, sehr zentrale Lage - wenige Gehminuten zum Stadtkern/Fussgängerzone! Schöner neuer SPA-Bereich mit Schwimmbad- alles sehr gepflegt. Allerdings sollte man die Zimmer mit Blick/Ausrichtung Stadt bzw. zur Ache wählen. Die sind sehr schön und man hat ab mittags Sonne auf dem Balkon

Leider war der Pool zu unserer Zeit wegen technischer Probleme gesperrt.

Iloinen yllätys ja voin vain suositella tätä hotellia

Pieni iltapala kuului huoneemme hintaan. Todella runsas ja ensiluokkainen aamiainen. Avulias henkilökunta ja rauhallinen tunnelma hotellissa. Kauniisti sisustettu hotelli ja erittäin siisti. Vaikka huoneessamme ei ollut ilmastointia, ei se kuitenkaan ollut tukala kesäkuumalla.

Parvekkeemme oli juna-asemalle päin, joten maisemat ei parhaat.

Spectacular place in front of main train station.

Everything was amazing. Located right across the main train station in Kitzbuhel. Room was spacious with a spectacular view of the river. Our room was 221. Cleanliness was A+. All the hotel employees were very friendly and welcoming. Food included was spectacular. The breakfast had everything you could imagine and more, top quality. There was also included with the stay a “snack/late lunch/happy hour” from 5-7pm I believe and they had cheeses, hams, breads etc… There is an indoor pool, gym, sauna, steam room, all amazing. I highly recommend this place.

An excellent choise for skiers

Superb breakfast but what is a highlight of this hotel is the afternoon treat with a variety of tasty goods. Also the train station from which in 2' you get to the main ski lift ( Hahnenkammbahn) is located just in front of the Hotel.

Attitude of a few of the higher employees, although the majority were friendly and polite.

das Frühstück war ganz gut- sehr große Müsli Brot Kaffee Auswahl, aber der Raum unheimlich laut.

Die Selbstbedienung an der Bar gewöhnungsbedürftigt und die Wienauswahl für das Österreich als super Weinanbaugebiet sehr bescheiden und keine gute Auswahl. Die Betten sind unheimlich hart (Frau) und mir schliefen die Arme ein. Die Zimmer sind leider nicht gut oder gar nicht renoviert und viel zu klein!!und für die Nebensaison noch recht teuer.

A 4-day stay with the family.

The hotel is in a wonderful location, just a short walk to the city, and the train to the main ski station is right across – a huge convenience. It’s a cozy boutique hotel with very friendly service. Delicious breakfasts and afternoon snacks. The spa is very nice – exceptionally large, clean saunas, and a pool. Comfortable beds and rooms, and the temperature in the hotel is perfect.

Great hotel for train connectivity, and short business trip, less so for ski trips.

The location of the hotel was fantastic because of the train station. It was very easy for us to get to the slopes thanks to the train connection. The breakfast was fantastic and we always looked forward to it.

The hotel has two types of staff. One group (one curly hair receptionist and one older lady) that is super friendly, kind and helpful. The other group (one short hair receptionist and one Slovak waitress) was extremely rude, unpleasant and at times racist. Our experience really varied depending on who was serving us at the time.
