Well located, quiet with a good spa, but worth paying more for the better rooms.

Proximity to train station with quick connection to the main ski lift. The spa was very good.

Our en-suite was small and old fashioned. The shower was not thermostatically controlled.

Fantastic location, fantastic food, fantastic staff!

Henri Country House was absolutely sensational and blew us away (party of 4 2 adults and 2 children). We have never stayed anywhere so amazing before! It was definitely the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The location was right across the street from the train station which was perfect for us as it was our main mode of transport. The included breakfast was out of this world! So many options and wonderful choices. The hotel also put on a beautiful afternoon tea of meats and cheeses. The staff were really lovely and happy to help in any way. I would highly recommend staying here.

Very nice hotel overall—clean, modern, and good-looking. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the location is excellent: right next to the train station and only one stop from the ski center, which is very convenient.

Unfortunately, my skis were stolen from the ski cellar. I understand that this is not formally the hotel’s responsibility; however, since the ski room is accessible only to hotel guests via key card, I expected a bit more security and follow-up. After informing the hotel about the incident, there didn’t seem to be much attention or effort to investigate or address the situation. Thankfully, Elements3 ski rental handled the situation very professionally and did not charge me for replacement skis because I had insurance, although they were surprised that the hotel did not pursue the matter further.

Location just next to train station is very convenient - train is going every 30 min to ski-lift and it tooks 3 min :) Wellness was also very convenient with brand new sauna.

The hotel was beautiful, very clean. The pool was also very clean. Good cozy breakfast and the staff was the cherry on top. Right in front of the train station and the city center is 10 to 15mn walk. We got a room over the river and was the best coffee on the balcony.

Otherwise good, but the strong scent in the room really reduced comfort

Very nice breakfast, many options etc. Also, you can buy snacks and drinks any time and pay at check-out. The view was great. The room was clean and of nice size.

They had sprayed the whole room with some very strong scent. We had to air the room and keep the door open for hours to get even a bit of it to disappear so we could sleep. I think they should consider sensitive people a bit more, and reduce use of extermely strong scents.

A pleasant stay near the station and riverside.

The location was perfect as near the station. On arrival we were delighted to see a spacious riverside room comfortably furnished and offering good views of the river and surrounding area. We were lucky to spot a White Dipper bud on the riverbank when walking to the old town which is a 15 minute walk to the centre.

Unfortunately on arrival in our room there was too much focus on the coffee drinker. Coffee machine, pods and coffee cream. We are tea drinkers and there was only 1 peppermint T bag on offer. There was no black tea or UHT milk. I went to Reception to see I could get some milk and was bluntly told ‘Austrians only drink black tea! As a Hotel I strongly believe that you should cater for international guests as much as possible. Not everyone likes coffee. After a while the Receptionist reluctantly gave me a little milk until we could buy some the next day. Furthermore, whilst the room was tastefully furnished the room was a little dark, only offering low bedside lights and a corner low light with 2 settings. In my view a central light would give better light, I wear reading lasses only and struggled to read the Henri booklets, I went out on to the balcony as brighter. Lastly, the pillows were far too soft. Therefore, we requested more and received them the next morning.

A boquet of facilities with a great view

The room wasn’t ready on time but they upgraded it and made up for it. The balcony view of the river is fantastic. The swimming pool and sauna are a great plus for the hotel.

No dinner on Saturdays.

Nice place and a living city

Kitzbühel is a very nice city and the mountains are awsome. The employed was very nice and helpfull.

The floor in the pool area is very dangerous. I went slowly down the stairs from the pool and suttenly both legs slipped and i went right down on my back and injuried my wrist in the fall. I am a sporty guy. Paid parking outside is not ok, when you visit a place like that. Very much noise from the river

Spectacular place in front of main train station.

Everything was amazing. Located right across the main train station in Kitzbuhel. Room was spacious with a spectacular view of the river. Our room was 221. Cleanliness was A+. All the hotel employees were very friendly and welcoming. Food included was spectacular. The breakfast had everything you could imagine and more, top quality. There was also included with the stay a “snack/late lunch/happy hour” from 5-7pm I believe and they had cheeses, hams, breads etc… There is an indoor pool, gym, sauna, steam room, all amazing. I highly recommend this place.

An excellent choise for skiers

Superb breakfast but what is a highlight of this hotel is the afternoon treat with a variety of tasty goods. Also the train station from which in 2' you get to the main ski lift ( Hahnenkammbahn) is located just in front of the Hotel.

Attitude of a few of the higher employees, although the majority were friendly and polite.

A 4-day stay with the family.

The hotel is in a wonderful location, just a short walk to the city, and the train to the main ski station is right across – a huge convenience. It’s a cozy boutique hotel with very friendly service. Delicious breakfasts and afternoon snacks. The spa is very nice – exceptionally large, clean saunas, and a pool. Comfortable beds and rooms, and the temperature in the hotel is perfect.

Great hotel for train connectivity, and short business trip, less so for ski trips.

The location of the hotel was fantastic because of the train station. It was very easy for us to get to the slopes thanks to the train connection. The breakfast was fantastic and we always looked forward to it.

The hotel has two types of staff. One group (one curly hair receptionist and one older lady) that is super friendly, kind and helpful. The other group (one short hair receptionist and one Slovak waitress) was extremely rude, unpleasant and at times racist. Our experience really varied depending on who was serving us at the time.

Zimmertresor war ausser Betrieb, aber des gab die Möglichkeit, Wertgegenstände in einem Tresor an der Rezeption zu hinterlegen ich hätte mir Badeschuhe und Pflegeprodukte auf dem Zimmer gewünscht

Εξαιρετικά καθαρό, πολύ βολική τοποθεσία δίπλα στον σταθμό του τρένου. Εκτιμήσαμε ιδιαιτέρως την δωρεάν αναβάθμιση δωματίου, οι κυρίες στο πρωινό ήταν ευγενέστατες, πρόσχαρες και πολύ εξυπηρετικές.

Αρκετά ακριβό για αυτό που είναι, μια υπάλληλος κατά την υποδοχή μας έκανε να αισθανθούμε λίγο άσχημα μόνο και μόνο επειδή είχαμε πληρώσει μέσω της εφαρμογής κατά τη διαμονή μας.

Tolles Hotel, direkt am Bahnhof mit direkter Anbindung ans Skigebiet (1 Station, 2 Min und im Skipass inkludiert). Das Konzept der Selbstbedienung ist super und führt zu einer lockeren Atmosphäre. Schöner Wellnessbereich.

Idéalement situé pour skier mais pas pour la vue. Une équipe dévouée et un hotel plein de charme

Joli hotel, chambres confortables mais petites, plein de petites salles sympa pour décompresser. Petit déjeuner bon mais pas excellent. Par contre l'hôtel offre des encas à 17h post ski qui sont un vrai plus. Equipe professionnelle et sympathique qui nous a aidé à reserver des restaurants de qualité en pleine semaine entre Noël et nouvel an. Départ pour le ski très facile en prenant le train gratuit jusqu'au départ des pistes à moins de 2 minutes

Hôtel situé en face de la gare principale de Kitzbuhel donc vue pas top mais très bien insonorisé donc pas de pb de bruit. Pas de diner sur place donc obligation d'aller dans le village (10 minutes à pieds) ou prendre sa voiture pour des restaurants plus éloignés. Le garage est étroit donc attention de ne pas abîmer votre voiture. Les casiers à skis ne sont pas individuels et on nous a échangé/volé une paire de ski de location, pas top!

Un bel endroit pour faire une halte à Kitzbuhel et aller skier dans cette tres belle station

Bel hôtel chaleureux, traditionnel, de style montagnard, mobilier en bois un peu rustique mais décoré avec gout. Chambre confortable Excellent petit déjeuner très bel emplacement en face de la gare pour la station de ski Sinon à quelques kms en voiture du centre ville et de la station de ski Personnel vraiment très gentil

Habe das Hotel wegen Pool zum Geburtstag gebucht. 4 Nächte. Pool kaputt. !! Wollten uns zu einem Spassbad senden! Unfassbar!! Hatte etwas Kompensation. War aber sehr ärgerlich. Dame ( klein, dünn mit braunen, kurzen Haaren) an der Rezeption absolut unfrendlich und inkompetent. Frühstück war gut. Werde es nie wieder buchen!

Oberstop in Kitzbühel für am nächsten Tag weiter zu reisen.

Das Hotel ist an perfekter Lage, direkt neben dem Bahnhof. Für den Preis hatte ich ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit aussergewöhnlichen Blick in die Berge und untenrum den Fluss.

Ich kam um 18:30 Uhr nach 12 stündiger Zugfahrt an und das Restaurant war nur bis 19:00 geöffnet. So hatte ich kaum Zeit um etwas zu trinken und zu essen.

Sehr gemütlich und modern eingerichtetes Hotel. Ein liebevoll und reichlich angerichtetes Frühstück mit einer tollen Brot und Brötchen Auswahl. Die Jause am Nachmittag war super lecker, sehr hochwertige Wurstauswahl. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns die Möglichkeit in die Sauna und ins Schwimmbad zu gehen. Nach einem langen Wandertag einfach perfekt. Wir kommen wieder:-)
