Beautiful hotel, exceptional food

Beautifully renovated hotel with exceptional food and facilities. We stayed there for a special birthday celebration during ski season and had a fantastic time. The hotel arranges a shuttle service to take you to the slopes and it’s in close proximity to the town. Staff was extremely helpful at all times

Beds were a bit firm for some in our party

Good but could be better considering the standard advertised and that full board is the only option in the ski season.

The swimming pool, the location, the room, the decor

I am a strict vegetarian so having bits of pig in vegetarian soup was a bit off putting. They have separate vegan and veg sections for the buffet and breakfast, but it would seem the chefs do not take it seriously for the evening meals. As we had to pay for full board it was a bit of a waste of money. Also in the room they provide a capsule coffee machine which is great, but the capsules were in the wrong locations in the box and we ended up drinking caffeinated instead of decaf which kept us awake until about 3am. We got some decaf from reception who were brilliant but room service removed them so we had to ask for more.

Highly recommended, even for a single night.

Beautiful building, very friendly and helpful staff and clean comfortable room.

The only downside was that I only had 1 night stay here, and my room was at the top of the tower, not particularly convenient for a single night with luggage to carry up and down stairs.

We felt very comfortable at Hotel Erika.

Breakfast was excellent. There was a wide range of milk types, cereals and seeds. The friendly staff was very fast and helpful. The bed was super comfortable. The location is a 5 minutes walk from the town center. Good car parking facilities. The gym is well equipped. The pool are and spa are very pleasant.

The toilet room was a bit small.

Good stay for a few days

Good location. Quiet and very convenient for Kitzbuhel itself, the Hornbahn and the Hahnenkamm (cable cars). Breakfast staff and dinner staff were particularly good and made you feel welcome.

Layout of the hotel (e.g. getting from room to swimming pool/sauna) is a little confusing at times.

The facilities are great, the location is center and the food was amazing. The hotel staff are very nice. They surprised us and celebrated my wife birthday. It really made us very happy.
