Comfortable, traditional hotel with lovely staff.

Clean, characterful and spacious. Room very comfortable, great to have a bath. Staff all lovely, helpful and cheery.

Would love to have had tea/coffee making equipment in room. Missed opportunity to have a bar as a place to hang out - there is even the rooms. And please add Kaiserschmarrn to the menu!

This property was centrally located. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant which served authentic Tyrolean cuisine. The food was flavourful and delicious! We has a lovely room with a balcony which kept spotless. The decor was charming, true Austrian style. The bathroom was larger, had a heated floor and very modern.

My only small criticism was that the room was too warm.

Ideally located hotel in central Kitzbuhel with excellent breakfast and dinner

Excellent breakfast with great selection of hot and cold options. Great dining conservatory which gets the morning sun. Excellent quality dinner with good range of traditional options and daily specials available. Centrally located, nearby restaurants and 10 mins walk to either Hahnenkamm or Kitzbüheler Horn lifts. Ski room at the hotel. Suite which has its own seating area is ideal for non-skiers to relax in during the day.

Larger bar area would be nice but not necessary. Tea and Coffee in room would also be nice but readily available from reception

Authentic Austrian hotel with wonderful hosts. I would totally recommend!

The location was right in the heart of the center of town. Authentic hotel that has been around for 4 generations. Got an upgraded room so had plenty of space. Wanted to have a true Austrian experience and this place delivered. Nice options for breakfast and provide alot of food for dinner! Christian & Heidi were amazing hosts and addressed all of needs. Great place to experience Kitzbuhel! One of the few hotels that offered parking. I would stay here again and would recommend!

This comment is good and bad. The good part is the hotel has parking (which very few others in the center of town offer). The downside is there are only a few spaces and the parking is really really tight!! A little hard to find how to drive to hotel. After driving on pedestrians only roads and having to back up since I went the wrong way on a one way street, we finally found the hotel and where to park. Loved the hotel but the parking was challenging but I guess that is the price you pay when staying in such a great location.

Beautiful hotel close to the heart of town

Location was excellent for town and for the slopes (for hiking) and Christian at front desk was really helpful.

The air in the room got a little still after a while as there was no ventilation system and I had to open a window to get some airflow at night, but it was cold in the middle of the night!

Prefect location, friendly people

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Spacious room and bathroom with excellent shower. Delicious breakfast. Nice loaner umbrellas in each room if needed. Perfect location in the center of town but not right on the square. There was a festival going on and a hotel on the square that we almost chose had a band stage directly in front of it that played into the night. We were glad we could easily walk over to the festival but then head back a block or two to a quieter location. We would also recommend their restaurant.

location of the hotel is amazing. the breakfast is more than enough and hotel is pretty cute. also they didnt charge us for parking slot, which was very nice. We definetely recommend this place
