Great value for money

Clean and well maintained facility with lots of parking space. Staff were phenomenal, especially Mr Ivica from the restaurant.

Location is a bit far but not a deal breaker we would come back

Enjoyable stay

Fam. Mettzer are great hosts who try to fulfill your wishes with a smile. The rooms have beautiful view. The restaurant and bar staff are very friendly and professional. Location is great for outdoor activities. Will definitely go back again.

No covered garage in case of severe weather.

Good

Very typical austrian alp-style with genuine atmosphere. Great staff and very good food in the restaurant with mixed variety of dishes including some local. Very large portions which might be needed for hiking up and down the mountains but it was appreciated since it was so good ;) The breakfast was superb with large variety. A huge plus to the nice hosts and staff for having gluten free bread for dinner and breakfast aswell as being helpfull making sure the dinner was gluten free when necessary.

Large and quite hard pillows. There was also some kind of quire performance with ladies singing alp-opera late at night making it very hard to sleep while they were singing.

Prima voor paar dagen, maar er zijn gezelligere hotels met betere prijs-kwaliteit verhouding.

De bedden lagen lekker. Ook fijne dekbedden! Personeel in restaurant was vriendelijk.

Het hotel oogt bij binnenkomst wat ouderwets / vergane glorie. Ook wat kil. Het restaurantgedeelte zag er wel gezelliger uit. Wij hadden 2 kamers. De ene (eerste verdieping) was leuk en sfeervol, de andere (derde verdieping) kan wel een renovatie gebruiken. Het ontbijt was erg eenvoudig en eenzijdig.

Preis Leistung stimmen hier total, nicht mehr ganz neu, aber immer noch absolut in Ordnung Sehr gute Küche, sehr freundliche, wenngleich manchmal etwas verwirrte Mitarbeiter 😅 - lag aber vielleicht auch an den vielen An- und Abreisen durchs Konzert in Kitz.

Hotel na poziomie lat 70-80. Przydał by się gruntowny remont.

Śniadania normalne, jedyny problem to to że jak czegoś brakło trzeba było długo czekać. Kolacje z karty , bardzo dobre.

W moim pokoju praktycznie przez cały pobyt nie miałem obioru TV i nie mogłem połączyć TV z internetem. Zgłosiłem to obsłudze , próbowali coś zrobić, ale nie udało się. Pan stwierdził ,że podobno tak jest zawsze. Podczas kąpieli musiałem cały czas trzymać prysznic w ręce ,ponieważ mocowanie było zepsute. Informowaliśmy kilkukrotnie ,że zameldujemy się ok. 14-15, Niestety po zameldowaniu okazało się, że mamy zimno w pokojach. Dopiero po interwencji obsługa , właściwie syn szefa, uruchomił ogrzewanie. Podczas kolacji mój 4 letni wnuk nalał sobie soku, pani z obsługi od razu nakrzyczała na nas, że soki są tylko do śniadania. Przekazałem jej ,że zapłacę za sok ,ale chłopczyk się wystraszył i nawet go nie zaczął pić. Trochę to niemiłe. Dziwił mnie również to , że obsługa (mężczyźni) cały czas pili różne trunki (piwo, wino), podczas pracy .Najbardziej uciążliwe było to ,że w barze nie można było niczego zabrać na pokój a płacić przy wymeldowaniu. Praktycznie cały czas trzeba mieć przy sobie pieniądze. Trochę inaczej wyobrażałem sobie Sylwestowo- Noworoczny urlop.
