A little jewel overlooking Kitzbuehel

Very attentive staff, always striving to make the guest experience memorable. I particularly liked the breakfast: lots of choice, even though I was focused on the fresh berries and the freshly squeezed juices. The ski room was clean, well kept and well lit. Shuttle to/from the Hahnenkamm gondola was convenient. Our suite had two separate bathrooms. When leaving, the reception spontaneously gave us snacks and bottle water for the road.

We loved this hotel and highly recommend!

Gorgeous grounds - both historical and rustic yet elegant and beautiful! Great service, delicious food at the restaurant, amazing pool. We had a fantastic massage. Easy 10 min walk to town (a bit of a hill walking back up). And an easy shuttle service with a most pleasant gentleman if you need it! Definitely recommend staying here!

Great breakfast with a very good selection. All the food was excellent. Staff were lovely and the on demand transfer to the town and lifts were perfect

Some of the hotel areas such as the spa and pool although very clean are looking old compared to the competition taking into account the cost of staying there

A VERY HAPPY AND RELAXING STAY

EXCELLENT CHOICE OF FOOD FOR BREAKFAST. WE LOVED THE SCAMBLED EGGS WITH CHIVES. THE LOCATION WAS STUNNING. GREAT SWIMMING POOL AND LOUNGING AREA THE INSIDE BAR WAS ELEGANT AND THE OUTSIDE PATIO WAS A GREAT FOR DRINKS AND FOOD AMAZING VIEWS OF THE SURROUNDING COUNTRYSIDE AND MOUNTAINS

Fabulous hotel with exceptional staff

Absolutely gorgeous traditional Austrian style hotel. Probably the best breakfast assortment and choice I've ever had. Really delicious and the best part of the stay were the staff. They were all without exception friendly, helpful and utterly charming, nothing was too much trouble. They made you feel so welcome.

I don't think I would have changed anything but if you want to be near the centre then you will need either a taxi or they provide a shuttle bus all day until 5pm.

the balcony, the sitting room and dinner in the room and breat breakfast. the bath and spa are great. and location very good, the short and long walking arounds, the garden and beatiful decoration of the hotel.

Excellent hotel. The amenities, such as the spa, were exceptional. Service was also outstanding, the staff was extremely attentive. The rooms were clean and the view and atmosphere was second to none. The restaurant was delicious as well.

Vecation to be repeated

Breakfast was just perfect. Best one had ever. Cleanliness was also exceptional as also the service. The staff was super nice and also our do felt like at home. At the pool there is free water and healthy snacks. They even bring sendwiches. The pool was also in great condition and there are always towels ready.

Pool snack options and afternoon restaurant options. Would prefer simple menu.
