Perfect family stay with outstanding quality
Absolutely stunning! Staff patient, friendly and with good sense of humor. Food, spa and playground area - excellent! Private ski shuttle, the ski room great with dryers.
I’d improve WiFi (and make it secure with password), as well as the water pressure in the bathroom. Somewhat I was not able to regulate the temperature in the room (was too hot and all the radiators were zero). It would also be good to offer ski bus return for lunch time and after lunch time. All that said it’s just recommendation :)

Very good hotel to go with kids, a lot of activities and All inclusive food Good location, with kids we visited Triassicpark, KaiserWelt Scheffau, Ellmi's Zauberwelt, though there are many other interesting places around WiFi is very good
I am surprized that the hotel of this price doesn't have air conditioning in the room. We stayed in Junior Suite and I expected to sleep on the sofa, though it was not possible since it's too hard.

Great location, everything is family oriented. The facilities are great and in excellent condition. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. I would strong recommend for a family holiday.

Great hotel with a great staff. Very colorful attractions for Kids every day, good location and amazing restaurant. We enjoyed the stay already the second year

Superb
Great place for families! Attention to children in small details, very nice atmosphere. Very nice choice of children food, accessible by children themselves. All inclusive, from our perspective, it is totally worth it! We enjoyed our stay and most likely will visit in the future.
Pillows are not comfortable, and the sizes of bathrobes for Spa are in general M (we asked for bigger size on reception and received XXL, though it was also not that big).
