Great stay, would highly recommend to someone looking to visit Kitzbuhel.

My friend and I stayed for one night over Kitzbuhel. The location was awesome, and the staff was so nice and welcoming! They gave us a ride into the town so we did not have to worry about parking. Breakfast in the morning was also so good.

The price was a little high for one night, but that was because of how busy it was for the Hahnenkam, so reasonable given the circumstances. We got very lucky with a last-minute cancellation and for a room to open up.

Great accommodations in a quiet town with breathtaking views and a wonderful, friendly innkeeper.

The breakfast was great and served at a time of our choosing. The Innkeeper (Matthias) provided great recommendations for things to do and places to eat for the local Kitzbühel area.

No soap in the bathroom, just shower gel; but more was provided when requested.

Loved the bucolic and quiet, picturesque location and it’s proximity to Kitzbuhel and multiple access point to ski areas. Matthias made us feel most welcome and at home.

An excellent ski holiday staying at the Hotel Garni Zimmerman.

Hotel Garni Zimmerman looks very attractive in a lovely valley. The reception and public areas are beautifully kept with decorations, flowers, water features and pleasing scents. The staff and owner Mattius are very friendly and helpful with advice, suggestions and restaurant bookings. A tasty and substantial breakfast was served each morning. There are several excellent restaurants nearby in the village within walking distance. The rooms are comfortable, reasonably spacious with a shower room that was hot and powerful. The balcony was shared and not as big as some. We would definitely stay again, maybe in Summer, but it is in a great location to reach several good ski areas within 5-15 minutes drive by car in winter.

Super comfortable hotel in a very nice village just outside of Kitzbuehl with superb restaurants. Excellent breakfast. Lovely room with mountain view. Matthias and his wife are excellent hosts and super helpful. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay!

Our home in Kitzbuhel

The hospitality from Matthias and his family was amazing. Every corner in the hotel was very clean and the interior design was so cute! The hotel is close to everywhere but better having a car to visit other close villages as well (you can park your car in front of the hotel for free). The breakfast was so good and the breakfast room is again so cozy! Make sure you include it to your stay. Sauna was so clean and always ready after a good ski or hike :) there is a small gym corner in the ground floor as well if you are interested. we stayed in the room with the balcony, the view at new years eve from the balcony was amazing, fireworks!!! Last but not least, we had %10 ski rental discount at Ski School Reith by staying at Hotel Garni Zimmerman:)

Everything is amazing, but better to keep in mind for longer stays that there is no lobby or restaurant in the hotel. So, you need to reserve restaurants around for dinner in advance. No need to worry, Matthias was so kind to suggest us restaurants around, our favorites: Anna’s, zum Tischlerwirt, Gasthof Reitherwirt

Beautiful traditional Austrian family run hotel. In a quiet location overlooking the mountains just outside of Kitzbühel. A few minutes drive from many lift stations and ski slopes. Fabulous restaurants and bars all within walking distance. The hosts, husband and wife were super friendly and full of humour! They helped with recommendations and also made bookings and reservations for us. The hotel facilities were very good. Parking right outside the hotel entrance. Ski and boot room and the sauna was an added bonus for us after a long day on the slopes. Breakfast had a great selection of traditional Austrian continental and cooked. Beds and pillows were comfy and the whole hotel was spotlessly clean!

Perfect for family/couples

The staff were great, the view outside is beautiful. Very good breakfast and nice rooms.

The check in is only until 21:00 but it fitted to our schedule. The shower was a bit small but it didn’t affect our stay and we enjoyed the hotel very much!

Coziness described in a corner”

First at all the personnel! Friendly, welcoming, and super attentive in all moment and in all ocassion. The breakfast is PERFECT! The service is amazing….definitely a place to visit more than twice! Will choose and choose it again! The location gives a different point of view and the sound of nature to your ears is unique.

Super family friendly hotel with great hosts

We highly recommend this family friendly hotel with hearty breakfast, clean, warm rooms and comfy beds. Matthias and his wife were very welcoming and went above and beyond in customer service. Matthias organised a doctor’s visit for us at short notice, gave us daily tips on ski areas, booked restaurants and taxis and very kindly mailed my ski boots back to me which got forgotten in their boot room. We hired a car which enabled us to reach the new superfast gondola with free parking in 5 minutes from the hotel. Can’t recommend highly enough and we hope for a return visit soon.

We recommend bringing a car for easy access to skiing and local restaurants.

Totul este nou renovat, cu foarte mult bun gust și atenție la detalii, în același timp valorificând foarte bine orice spațiu din camera. Curățenie impecabilă! Micul dejun foarte bogat și diversificat. Gazdele foarte amabile și flexibile la toate sugestiile sau cerințele noastre. Practic nu a fost nimic despre care să fi întrebat și să nu fie posibil.

Absolute Empfehlung! Ein wunderbares kleines Hotel, in dem man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Das Zimmer ist sehr gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Auch das Bad ist modern und sauber. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die liebevolle und herzliche Art der Gastgeber. Sie sind extrem bemüht, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen, und zeigen sich besonders kinderfreundlich und zugänglich.

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und komfortabel. Das Haus ist gepflegt und sauber und die Besitzer empfangen einen sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig an einer kleinen Straße mit schöner Aussicht.
