A lovely family run hotel with good access to the local ski area

Delicious evening meal and great breakfast selection. The waiters were very friendly, went out of their way to ensure you enjoyed the meal and were completely full. They catered for our tastes and made the evening meal very enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The swimming pool was nice and clean. The Busch the nearest ski area was very regular and easy to use.

It was quite a long way out of Kitzbuhel. There was an hourly bus to get into town but it wasn’t as easy as we thought.

Very comfortable for a good value.

The rooms were private and very spacious!! The staff, particularly the people in the restaurant, were extremely friendly.

Some of the amenities were a little sparse, such as 1 pillow per person. Also, more transportation to town would have been very welcome.

Solides Hotel mit traumhafter Lage

An allererster Stelle stand für mich die sehr gute Lage am Schwarzsee. Hier wurden meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Ich war in einem Nebengebäude untergebracht. Das Zimmer war in einem etwas älterem Zustand aber äußerst ordentlich. Es gibt für mich persönlich nur zwei kleine Details anzumerken, die jedoch nur als Anregung dienen sollen. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer wäre schön und der Duschschlauch könnte 20 cm länger sein, vor allem für größere Gäste. Das Hallenbad war gut. Was mir aber besonders gut gefallen hat, war der Saunabereich mit vier verschiedenen Saunas und einer Infrarotkabine. Das warme Essen im Hotelrestaurant war ebenfalls sehr gut und empfehlenswert. Komme gerne einmal wieder.

Nettes Hotel, leider zu teuer und kein angemessens Preis- /Leistungsverhältnis

Für uns war die Lage sehr gut, deshalb haben wir uns für das Hotel entschieden, auch wenn der Preis viel zu hoch ist für das, was es ist. Das Zimmer hatte keine Klimaanlage und die Fenster keine Fliegengitter, so dass bei offenem Fenster leider sehr viele Mücken in das Zimmer kamen. Und die Berechnung pro Person und Kindern führte zu €280 pro Nacht für zwei Erwachsene und ein 12jähriges Kind; das ist absolut nicht angemessen. Wie gesagt, es war bei uns nur eine Nacht und die Lage war wichtig, sonst hätten wir hier nicht gebucht.

Feines Hotel in idyllischer Landschaft

Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett fein zum Schlafen. Der Indoorpool im Wellnessbereich war sehr fein. Das Restaurant hatte eine kleine und große Speisekarte, das Essen war wirklich gut. Die Anlage selber war groß und es ist dort wirklich so idyllisch. Wir können es weiterempfehlen .

Es wird für den Wellnessbereich ein kleiner Korb mit Handtüchern und Bademäntel hergerichtet . Leider gab es keine Badeschlapfen dazu für den Wellnessbereich.... aber das ist wirklich eine Kleinigkeit und jammern auf hohem Niveau :-)

Tomuto zařízení se budeme vyhýbat velkým obloukem.

Byli jsme skupina motorkářů (8 osob). Celý den jsme byli na cestě (z Itálie). Vybrali jsme si ubytování s restaurací, abychom se po daleké cestě dobře navečeřeli. A nikdo se neobtěžoval nás informovat, že v den našeho příjezdu bude Ruhetag. Pokoje byly zařízené jak z 80. let, v koupelně u vany visel igelitový závěs, přesto za jednolůžkový pokoj požadovali EUR 80,- (velmi předražené); v okolí žádná dostupná restaurace, nejbližší 4 km.

Altbacken und total Überteuert

Das Hotel hat Schwimmbad und eine kleine Saunalandschaft. Die Saunalandschaft hat nur wenige Liegen hinter einem Vorhang, jedoch keinen gemütlichen Ruhebereich. Das Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe vom Schwarzsee und der Skibus hält direkt vor dem Haus.

Preis-Leistung ist extrem schlecht. Das Doppelzimmer und vor allem das Bad sind alt. Das Waschbecken war nicht im Badezimmer, sondern in einer Nische neben der Zimmertür. Duschseife hat einen unangenehmen Geruch, Haartrockner (ein winziger aber dafür extrem lauter Reiseföhn) musste an der Rezeption abgeholt werden, da er angeblich häufiger geklaut wird. Das Telefon im Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert und uns wurde gesagt, die Leitung ist kaputt und wird im Laufe des Frühjahres repariert. Das Frühstück war okay, aber recht lieblos angerichtet. Für 271 Euro pro Nacht (wegen Polo Veranstaltung in der Nähe) erwarte ich deutlich mehr. Auch die Freundlichkeit des Personals könnte deutlich besser sein.
