Great value, centrally located guest house which is clean, comfortable and does a good breakfast.

Friendly, homely, comfortable, clean and centrally located. A decent breakfast is provided, albeit limited choice as it’s a small establishment. There is a ski storeroom and our rooms, though basic (as expected), were clean, warm, comfortable and everything worked. The hosts are very nice too.

There’s nothing major to not like. There are a few steps and hill to climb to the main lift but that’s not the hotel’s fault. For the price, it’s great value for money and much better than expected. My only minor frustration was no kettle in room but a communal coffee machine is available along with an honesty bar (ie drinks fridge).

Convenient and comfortable stay in Kitzbuhel.

Haus Koller was a great spot, right in town and yet very quiet. Our room was large and we had the most comfortable bed and pillows - I would have loved to take a pillow home!! The host was incredibly kind and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast and the easy check in and checkout process, which was handled primarily on line. Would definitely stay here again!

A recommendation

The host was very nice, we were the only guests so it was very quiet. There was parking next to the property and it lays next to the main shopping road of Kitzbühel with plenty of cafes and restaurants.

Would have liked a lounge area to meet other guests and relax with tea or coffee after days out rather than being confined to bedroom with very limited non German TV options.

Cozy, comfy and perfectly located

The location was amazing - very close to everything you need and the walk to the lift and train station was very easy. Yet, also a very quiet and relaxing oasis. The coziness and historical decor was quite a treat. It's almost like a ski museum! Breakfast was very good. We really enjoyed the sitting areas for dining.

Would have liked to have better coffee options (cappucino, espresso, etc), and more fruit. Starting breakfast at 7:30 instead of 8 would also be nice for those of us who like an early start. A small amount of warm food would be great too. These are merely suggestions and did not detract from our fine stay.

Amazing stay highly recommend 😊😊😊

The breakfast was amazing a great selection of cheese, meat, fresh bread and fruit. A selection of teas was available through the day which was perfect after hiking. Furthermore the decor was traditional and added to the Home like feel of the accomodation. It was very clean and in the perfect position in Kitzbühl ( only a few steps away from the centre). The shower had excellent pressure. The host was also extremely welcoming and friendly.

The pillows were not as supportive as we are used to

Kostenloser Parkplatz Mitten in Kitzbühel Vermieter sehr freundlich und bemüht Zimmer sind sauber und das Bett ist sehr bequem

Frühstücksbuffet sehr klein, aber für jeden etwas dabei 👍🏻 Parkplatz sehr eng also man parkt immer jemanden ein, mussten wegfahren und Vermieter hat den anderen Gast angerufen und wir konnten weg fahren (Jedoch wenn der Gast zB auf der Piste ist kommt man nicht mehr weg)
