Best Kitzbühel stay

Toilet and bathroom are separated. It is extremely great that there is a bidet. However for some reason the bidet is in the bathroom and not in the toilet. Meaning you have to walk through a corridor and go to the bathroom to use the bidet. Probably the architect never used a bidet in his/her life. A very strange irrational placement of the object. Quite ridiculous actually. Apart from that all is great

The worst hotel in Kitzbuhel

The worst hotel in Kitzbuhel. The room did not look like the pictures. It was a dark little hole that opened onto a concrete wall about a metre from the door. The hotel had no proper lobby to sit out in the evenings. Breakfast was incredibly marginal and of poor quality: wilted vegetables and mouldy fruit. The pancakes were dry and tasteless. Nothing in the omelette although we asked for mushrooms. The manager argued loudly with his subordinate in front of us during breakfast that his shirt smelt. The manager at the reception was disrespectful, raised his voice when we pointed out that the website did not show the amount for the dog, to which he said first 30 euros and then 40 euros. The room service is a joke, hardly any food, an empty salad was 18 euro and they asked for another 20 euro because it was brought to the room so 38 euro for a small salad. I would not recommend it to anyone, I am sorry I did not read the reviews but I thought Kitzbühel had a high standard in general but unfortunately not. This hotel, especially the hotel management is below criticism. It is very sad that people's planned holidays are so carelessly disregarded.

Breakfast is amazing and the service at Breakfast is great

This is not a 5 star hotel. Is an old hotel that renovated their rooms, the Spa is super old and an absolute no go Our room was extremely cold and no one told us they can get a heater. Next day I insisted they change our room and they did but then it was too hot. We didn't rest during the nights at all. The beds have 3 star pillows bed sheets and they never told us that the bedding won't be changed unless you ask so for 5 days we had no fresh bedsheets in a very expensive hotel. Definitely no value for money at all. We stayed in other places in Kitzbuhel that are far better and half price.

Service was very thoughtful. All the staff was ready to assist and very friendly. Breakfast was delicious and with many options. Hotel location is perfect, you can walk everywhere. Jr Suite was big and confortable.

Our Jr Suite was very far away from the lobby, we had to walk a long distance inside the hotel and use a lot of stairs. It was ok for us, but for eldery people or couples with small kids would be tough. The temperature inside the hotel was extremely hot, very unconfortable for winter clothes and skiing clothes. For a skiing location should have more assistence with skiing equipments. For a 5 stars hotel, some help with carrying equipments into shuttle is expected. We had to carry and store everything ourselves.

Все. We turned to the hotel staff with one request, well, even this one request the hotel could not satisfy. The hotel management showed their disrespect towards us. As I understand it, for the management of this hotel, the main thing is what is written on paper, and human relations, humane principles and concepts are of secondary importance.

The hotel staff were charming, friendly and exceedingly helpful. The service was first class. This all made an enormous difference to the overall feeling of wellbeing and relaxation. The Zuma restaurant experience was special and worth trying for one night at least.
