Frühstück gut, ab und an keine Brötchen mehr. Daher früh Aufstehen!

Service-Personal konnte kaum Deutsch. In einem 4-Sterne Hotel sollte das eigentlich gegeben sein.

Im großem und ganzen ganz OK.

Die Lage des Hotels ist TOP! Auch der Pool auf der Dachterasse ist mega. Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich.

EXTREMER Straßenlärm. Unser Zimmer befand sich im 4ten Stock und war sehr warm. Der Ventilator machte so laute Geräusche, das man sich nicht mehr unterhalten konnte. Daher musste die Balkontür zur Straße geöffnet werden. Wir wurden täglich um 6 Uhr morgens von Hühnern und der stark befahrenen Straße geweckt. Preise am Pool im Verhältnis zu diesem unfreundlichen bzw nicht vorhandenen Personal unverschämt!

Traumhafte Tage in Kitzbühel im Schwarzen Adler

Die Lage ist top. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut (es gibt sogar frisch gepressten Saft zum Selbermachen). Die SPA Anlage ist sehr groß (indoor Pool) und praktisch bei Regen. Der Outdoor Pool am Dach ist traumhaft, die Aussicht superschön. In der Nähe der Rezeption gibt es frischen Saft (Mineralwasser, nicht nur Leitungswasser, mit Zitrone, Orange, Minze), das ist ein tolles Gratis-Angebot, was ich sonst noch nirgendwo gesehen habe. Das Auto wird geparkt und wieder gebracht, alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich.

Perfectly situated in the center of town. The entire staff were very accommodating especially the breakfast crew. They were the best! It’s a popular place to eat dinner too. Food was excellent! Great place to stay while in Kitzbuhel.

Sehr nettes Personal, schon der Empfang wenn man aus dem Auto aussteigt ist sehr herzlich, man fühlt sich sofort Willkommen :-) Die Zimmer sind groß und sehr schön eingerichtet, hier fehlt es an fast nichts. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, alles ausreichend und in einer super Qualität vorhanden. Die Servicedamen beim Frühstück waren sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Dieses Hotel kann ich absolut weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten ausgezeichnetes Wetter bei unserer Übernachtung, leider war es im Zimmer sehr warm. Eine Klimaanlage gibt es leider keine.....

Schönes Haus, hübsche Zimmer, feines Frühstück und KEINE schreienden und herumspringenden Kinder (Adults Only Hotel) 👍🏼

Meist geschlossene Bar (Nebensaison) und kein individueller Zugang zur etwas entfernten Garage was in unserem Fall täglich etwas umständlich war. Leider auch schade, dass das sehr freundliche Personal teilweise kein Deutsch spricht im Tirol 😞

Lovely hotel with spacious rooms, just a shame the resort in general is really expensive.

Room is very spacious and well designed. The breakfast was good. Spa is a great feature after a day skiing and this was well maintained.

The rooftop pool wasn't very warm, having this feature is excellent for the hotel but we didn't use more than once because of the temperature of it.

Superb

The location is great, right in the center of Kitzbühel. You can get to a ski lift by foot in only a couple minutes. Also, one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had in a hotel.

I’m also not a fan of valet parking, where you have to leave the key at the reception. I wouldn’t go there if I wanted to use my car regularly. Charging daily for a small dog is a joke in my opinion.
