First class facility

The location and facilities are first class - so no complaints. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices. Very pleasant staff who helped to make a very positive stay.

Very little to moan about. Just a couple of little niggles which were quickly resolved by the front desk team. Our biggest disappointment was the lack of variety with the evening meal. So we had to eat out to compensate. This is a big change from our last visit, albeit 9 years ago.

Amazing staff -Thomas on reception was outstanding always smiling no matter what hour always helpful - Martin was very good too on check out . All the staff here are exceptional , the team at breakfast both chaps with names beginning with P gave us fantastic service Breakfast selection itself was outstanding -massive selection of cold buffet, fresh fruit and cooked breakfast options- nothing was missed it had it all !

Noise from the cable car (noise can be heard inside the bedroom), breakfast was repetitive (nothing changes and in some cases even less offerings on some days), dinner dish was basic (for example one dinner dish was just veal with soy sauce)

Very nice hotel and really good location to the gondola.

The staff was excellent from the time we arrived until we departed. Dinner was very good and the daily breakfast was good as well. Very short walk down into the town center, and ideally located near the lift. Just beware that the air conditioner in the newer rooms doesn't work too well and if you're located on the west side of the hotel your room will be incredibly warm in the afternoon. It was too warm for us to sit out on the balcony. Thankfully they provided a fan which helped a bit at night.

The location is perfect, a few meters from both main lift and train station. And the staff was extremely kind, happy and willing to help all the time.

The dinner was a bit pricier for what it is, but the food is good.

Location, Service and food worth it.

Couldn't beat the location - so easy to get off the mountain, walk across street, put your skis in the heated ski/boot room and go right upstairs to the hotel. The hotel was very clean and well appointed, our room was spotless and comfortable. Had an very good 5-course dinner there at an very reasonable price with your stay. Breakfast buffet was great - excellent choices for keeping you fueled for a day on the mountain. Had dinner at the bar one night and the menu was good and prompt in service. Was good option as restaurants in town were very busy if you didn't have reservations. Didn't use spa facilities but took a look at them and they looked beautiful.

The only thing I think could be improved would be the bed. They were comfortable but definitely had a bit of a dip/depression in the mattress. I am a stomach sleeper so it was very noticeable. That was about it- everything else was very nice and was a great place to stay on our trip.
