Great value for money

A bit more communication from the facility on important info and/or things to see and do around the area, would be appreciated. For example the red residency card can get you a discount on the Swarovski museum. Maybe it was a language barrier.

The hotel is a little bit far from city center, but the restaurant in the hotel was great! Food was very delicous. Rooms are also very clean and big. All ammenities are great.

A little far from city center and bus times are not often. You need to arrange yourself according to the bus times. Also it would be great if hotel slippers and bath robe are added as a ammenity

Amazing Hotel Staff!

Our 3 nights stay at this property were amazing. The staff were extremely friendly and supportive to our needs and they went above and beyond to ensure we have a nice stay. The location is excellent and close to Kitzbuhel.

Breakfast options could use a bit of an upgrade.

Rooms are nice, but would not book again

Rooms are newly made up, very spacious und very well cleaned. The place is more a restaurant with a few rooms attached. Nothing bad about it, but you clearly feel where the focus of the staff is. Just don't expect a Hotel setup.

Hotel is on a busy road, you cant really open the window due to noise level. But its very quite with windows closed. Breakfast was OK. Some items such as juice, milk and water were empty and not refilled etc. They would bring it if you ask, but once again wouldn't happen in a proper Hotel setup. People are simply busy with running the restaurant in the first place and don't pay much attention to the Hotel guests. What I really didn't like was the fact that they took advantage of me doing an error (booked less people) than we were. Expectation would be that they simply charge me what would have been the correct price on this platform. Instead they charged my 100 Euros more and told me I am not reasonable with my request to pay what the price would have been (I even showed the correct price) if i didn't do the error on my side. Sorry, but that is a no go.

Very nice, stayed 2 nights, one could stay longer here.

I liked the stay, the room was very big, nicely decorated and with a lot of light (5 windows). The restaurant is excellent, the breakfast was very good, liked it. All fine.

Boven verwachting mooi verblijf

Zeer luxe kamer. En heel vriendelijk personeel, we waren te laat voor het ontbijt, alles was opgeruimd en ze zetten voor ons alled terug. Heel speciaal!

Top Hotel unter professioneller Leitung eines jungen Teams, super Service und 1A Kulinarik

Super schönes großzügiges Zimmer im typischen Tiroler Design. Tolle Atmosphäre auch im Restaurant, super Service und exzellentes Essen/Wein. Einfach ein Hotel wo ich sehr gerne wieder komme. Entfernung nach Kitzbühel ideal.

Nettes kleines Hotel, Preis-Leistung stimmt.

Die Unterkunft liegt gut, der Blick ist schön, es war sauber und das Personal war freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor der Tür.

Unser Bett hat so gequietscht und geknarzt, dass wir uns nicht mal nachts umgedreht haben. Die Matratzen waren sehr durchgelegen.

Vstřícný a velmi milý personál. Skvělá snídaně. Velký a dobře vybavený pokoj. A takové to typicky rakouské "kein Problem, gerne a paßt". Prostě pohostinost 1A.

Malá lednička na pokoji by v letních měsících při více jak 30°C byla fakt super.

Alles in allem ein sehr gutes, ruhiges, modernes Hotel

Das Hotel war sehr gut, Frühstück ausreichend. Die Zimmer waren groß und sauber. Wir waren in einer eher wenig belegten Zeit dort, weswegen es leer bzw. etwas ruhiger war, daher waren wir hauptsächlich im Zimmer oder unterwegs. Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür!

Gästeinfos zu Frühstückszeiten (8 Uhr, etwas spät) und Kitz-Besucherkarten nur auf Rückfrage erhalten bzw. Gästekarte gar nicht. Die sollte per Mail kommen, kam nicht, ist aber ok. Die Duschwand ist etwas kurz, daher kann es im Bad nass werden. Personal sehr kurz angebunden, aber hilfreich und nett.

Ottima struttura, buona posizione

Stanza molto ben arredata, pulita e incredibilmente fresca nonostante facesse caldissimo fuori. Letto comodo, avrei gradito disporre di un cuscino in più. Colazione molto buona, la sala ha una vista bellissima sul torrente e sul panorama circostante. Ho apprezzato particolarmente la cortesia e la disponibilità dello staff. Vale sicuramente il soggiorno

Avrei potuto chiedere se ne avessi avuto bisogno ovviamente, ma in generale per quattro giorni in due persone, mi sarei aspettata almeno un rotolo di carta igienica in più nel bagno.

Erst mal nur der Preis

Lage direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße Zimmer in der obersten Etage nach vorne zur Straße bei 34 grad keine Klimaanlage und Fenster konnten wir nicht öffnen viel zu laut wegen dem Verkehr!!! Informationen vom Personal haben wir keine erhalten zum Beispiel wann es Frühstück gibt und dass das Restaurant Sonntags und Montags geschlossen ist.

Het geld niet waard

Het hotel ligt aan een mooi natuurgebied waar je heerlijk kunt wandelen. Het hotel heeft een restaurant en een lekker terras. De kamer was erg groot. Het ontbijt was erg uitgebreid.

Het hotel ligt aan een hele drukke weg en je kunt de ramen daardoor niet open houden ‘s nachts waardoor het er warm was. De badkamer wordt bij elke douche zeiknat. Er is geen koelkast of waterkoker op de kamer. Door rokende en luide gasten/ personeel van het restaurant veel overlast in de kamer. Het personeel was niet erg vriendelijk. We moesten voor twee nachten voor onze honden €60 betalen erg veel vooral omdat ze na de eerste nacht niet de kamer hebben schoongemaakt. Al met al waren wij niet bijzonder tevreden met dit hotel.
