Every thing turned out OK but felt we were taken advantage of by both the site and Booking .com

Had to pay before leaving states---Rooms booked were too small for two had to pay additional 250E for larger rooms when both Booking and facility were told in advance of two older people in each room and one with a walker. the rooms that were booked were budget rooms that could fit only one person. False advertising in my thoughts as we looked at the site and Booking ads.

Another wonderful stay and we're already thinking about our next stay there!

This is my third stay at this lovely family run hotel. The service, healthy food, location & comfort are all excellent. Owing to a last minute problem for my husband I ended up travelling solo but I was very well-looked after!

Any requests were promptly addressed.

An excellent hotel, well run and very friendly.

The staff were very helpful and the owners gave us a covered parking space for our motorcycles and trailer throughout our stay without charge. The food was excellent and moderately priced. The criticisms below should not put off potential visitors who will find the hotel very welcoming and friendly.

Understandably, being two single motorcyclists travelling together, the rooms we were allocated were the smallest "double rooms" that they have at the hotel. Both rooms had a double bed which had to be against one wall to accommodate it. However, these are really too small for a couple and only just adequate for a single person. The rooms and bathrooms were in excellent condition but there was insufficient space - particularly for computers and phones - the desks were tiny. We did see other larger double rooms but if staying at the hotel with our wives, we would certainly want to make sure we had one of their larger rooms. Beyond the dining room. there was very little inside leisure space in the hotel and the one room available did not have comfortable chairs.

Great stay. Would go back and do it again!

Location great. In between all the ski hills. We used the ski school in Jochburg ski school. Was very good. T bar was open for all at no cost. First time my kids were snow boarding. Ski rental there was also excellent and affordable

Only a couple options for dinner. Would have liked more choice but the food was excellent

Modern rooms, clean hotel, friendly staff

The staff were extremely friendly, the room was modern and clean and the breakfast was great. We stayed for one night and the hotel met our needs.

The shower and toilet are not in a separate room, rather right in the middle of the room with glass windows, providing very little privacy which isn't ideal for a family stay.

Modern, affordable hotel near Kitzbühel.

We stayed in the hotel for 7 days in August 2020. It is a nice hotel with friendly staff. The room was neat, clean, affordable and modernised. Inquiries and requests were dealt with immediately and without complications. We also rented e-bikes for a day (e-bike rental is awailable at the hotel) - great experience. There are nice hikes near the hotel and Kitzbühel is only few minutes away by car. The bus stop is only a few meters from the hotel. The hotel also has a small sauna.

The bathroom in our room was spacious and modern with a great shower but it lacked a toilet door. Most of the hotel has been recently renovated - the sauna itself is nice, but the rest of the wellness area needs to be renovated yet. The resting area, toilets and entrance are in one small space which lacks intimity and cosiness. The hotel is right at the main road (the windows are good quality as we never heard any cars at night). The views were still nice, though upper floors have better views than the lower rooms. The food was mostly continental, we would have preferred a bit more traditional cuisine.

Weiterempfehlung

Wir waren vor allem von dem super leckeren und abwechslungsreichen Abendessen begeistert (5 Gänge Menü mit 3 Hauptgerichten zur Wahl). Der Speisesaal ist gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam. Es war immer sauber. Genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Bequeme Betten. Sauna im Keller vorhanden, es gab sogar Leihbademäntel und Saunatücher.

Beim Frühstück hätten wir uns ein bisschen mehr Abwechslung und Auswahl gewünscht. Zimmer sind schon ziemlich klein.

Wellnessbereich war unter jeder Kritik. Muffiger saukalter Kellerraum, Sauna war nicht eingeheizt, keine Saunahandtücher vorhanden… auf meine Nachfrage bekam ich nur unfreundliche Antworten… im Zimmer roch es sehr stark nach Kanal, teilweise fehlten Sockelleisten, Kabel hingen unschön herum… es fehlt einfach an Gemütlichkeit. Essen war solala - satt wird man nur durch das Salatbuffet und beim Frühstück gab es altes aufgebackenes Gebäck.

Die Zimmer sind klein aber fein. Das Abendessen und Frühstücken waren Mega. Da macht jemanden das kochen echt Spaß. Die Sauna hab ich dieses Mal nicht genutzt, aber das macht nichts.

Die Nähe zur Hauptstraße kann störend sein, wenn man mit offenen Fenster schläft. Das wusste ich aber vom letzten Jahr. Der restliche Komfort hat dafür aber voll Entschädigt.

Die Gegend ist nett aber einfach nicht unser Hotelstandard ......

Die Lage an einer sehr stark befahrenen Straße, der Auto lärm war extrem. Das Frühstück war einfachster Standard, die Brötchen waren Pappig. Für ein bis zwei Nächte ok aber nicht für mehr ..... ( Spiegelei war nicht machbar ... ) Das Abendessen war sehr schmackhaft aber auch sehr wenig .....

Die Lage an der Hauptstraße, EXTREM laut, Parkplätze waren top.

Positive Überraschung

Wir haben das Hotel ganz kurzfristig gebucht, da wir auf Durchreise waren. Grundsätzlich haben wir einfach ein Familienzimmer benötigt und ein Restaurant, damit wir noch etwas essen konnten. Trotz kurzfristiger Buchung, wurden wir nett empfangen im Hotel und unser Zimmer war pikobello sauber und gut geeignet für zwei Kinder und zwei Erwachsene. Nach dem Check-in sind wir in das Restaurant des Hotels. Die Karte ist klein, aber fein. Alles was wir bestellt hatten war mit viel Liebe zubereitet und schön angerichtet. Das Hotel scheint zudem erst gerade saniert worden zu sein. dies mit sehr gutem Geschmack und sinnvollen Eingriffen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.
