Amazing stay

The warm hospitality provided by the owners. Very comfortable room and a very delicious breakfast every morning. We were so well looked after. A much more enjoyable experience staying at House Senoner than staying at any big hotel. We would highly recommend house Senoner.

A comfortable night

Parking was good - clearly signed and private next to property. Check-in was prompt and efficient. Room was clean and comfortable. The hair dryer stopped working but the hostess replaced it. Bed was comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. Breakfast was good, with a variety of food, plus the hostess cooked eggs and bacon.

The description included tea and coffee facilities, but this consisted of a kettle only in the room. When I asked, the hostess showed me I could obtain items from downstairs, although I couldn't work out the coffee machine. I did not see cookies or water in the room, which were in the booking.com description.

Modern building and room. Good breakfast. Friendly owners/staff.

Lighting in the bathroom was triggered by movement sensors, therefore rather unpleasant during nighttime. Location was suboptimal: on the outskirts of the city, with quite a bit of walking (esp. with children) to the skibus stops, restaurants etc

Definitely coming back!

The house is a beautiful, traditional Austrian beauty - with a cosy and homely setting. It’s location is amazing, only a couple minutes walk into town which is handy. On top of that, the staff were welcoming and extremely helpful, all in all a perfect stay in Kitzbuhel!

The property is in a quaint location, overlooking the ski mountains. The host is simply amazing, and makes the best bacon and eggs! Every facility is well provided in the room. Could'nt have asked for a better stay in Kitzbuhel.

Great place to stay. Very nice hosts. It was visible they were doing all their best to make our stay as good as its possible. Very big room with big balcony. Spotless clean.

Great location, close enough to walk to the main gondola at the Hahnenkamm Bahn, very nice host and an excellent breakfast, with many homemade foods such as bread, jam. Hard to beat for the price.

Very good family owned hotel. Convenient location. Very clean room. Good breakfast. Parking is in the front yard of the business. Gas station right next door. Great view of upper STREIF right from rooms balcony!

Just building & room issues... Skweke stairs and floors at second level. Sliding (barn style) door at build-in toilet space inside the room. This door has 1" gap all around the parameter ... not very comfortable to use restroom at any time with another person in the same room. Toilet room lighting fixtures (4 or 5 of 4" HID reassessed lights) are connected to motion sensor only - no regular switch available. I understand efficiency & green environment... BUT ...man over 50 use toilet several times at night. Blasting 6000+ white temperature light in your face and all around the room (sleeping partner) as soon as you slide the above mentioned barn door...wow. No need to mention but ... motion sensor will turn off this 'stage projectors' 5 minutes after you're gone.

It was a very pleasant stay, with very nice hosts, and great breakfast!

The breakfast was great and included in the fee, so that was really nice. The staff was very friendly (especially the lady) and spoke English well. We had a very nice balcony and the rooms were great!

Everything was great. It is located very close to the town centre and it provides free parking. The room was comfortable and clean with a small terrace. The owners were very nice. Very good breakfast included in price.

Gezellig en rustgevende locatie in Kitzbühel

We hebben een zeer goed verblijf gehad! We werden liefdevol ontvangen en de kamer voldeed ruimschoots aan onze verwachtingen. Alles is zeer proper. Het ontbijt is zeer ruim en lekker, met huisgemaakt brood en confituur. De locatie is zeer goed. Dicht bij alle voorzieningen, en maar een kleine wandeling naar het stadscentrum.

Heerlijk zorgeloos verblijf!

Meneer en mevrouw Senoner zijn onwijs lieve en zorgzame mensen. We waren te vroeg voor het inchecken, we kwamen 's ochtends al aan. Ze hebben gelijk toen koffie en ontbijt voor ons gemaakt. Ons zoontje in NL is heel ziek geworden toen wij in Oostenrijk zaten. Meneer en mevrouw leefden erg met ons mee. Verder hangt er een fijne gemoedelijke sfeer in het huis. Het ontbijt is erg lekker, de kamers schoon en compleet en we werden elke ochtend naar het dalstation gebracht

Bardzo przytulny i rodzinny obiekt.

Mieliśmy bardzo duży apartament z 2 sypialniami, 2 łazienkami i salonem z w pełni wyposażoną kuchnią. Właścicele przygotowywali codziennie smaczne śniadania. Na życzenie były przygotowywane jajka w każdej postaci. Właściciele byli bardzo życzliwi i pomocni w każdej sprawie. Codziennie zawozili nas pod stację gondoli. Polecam gorąco.
