The community feeling of this place and the access to the slopes is incomparable. Due to the access to the slopes I was able to ski until 4:30PM just about every day. You’ll have so much fun if you choose to stay there and feel comfortable talking to the other people staying there with you. The staff was extremely friendly, and as a solo female traveler I felt super safe. I’ll definitely be back!

great location, cosy atmosphere
few toilets and showers meant long queues, overpriced food and drink, breakfast varied some days nice other days really bad, some odd staff

Friendly and amazing staff whoever was there owner, waiter or kitchen workers all were friendly and nice. The waiter asked the owner help me with luggage which was kind of them so they helped me to bring luggage to hotel and the day of check out take the luggage back to Gondola station.

The owner was serious at beginning not much communicating which was strange but at the end wen I asked things he was helpful and gave me ski glasses with open heart maybe it is just cultural thing to be that serious in life.

Located perfectly in the slopes, ideal to be the first person on the slopes every morning. You have great views from the property. The owners are very nice and full board is included and dinner surpass our expectations (breakfast was not that great). If you are looking for a hostel vibe this may be your place but if you’re looking for a quite and comfortable stay you may want to look somewhere else. Great place to be social, meet people and drink while being trapped in the top of the mountain after 4pm. Everyone was very social.
You kind of can expect what you will get when booking one of the cheapest accommodations in the area. You will not be able to get there after 16 (or 18 if you beg to the lift people). Rooms are small and crowded and it can get loud at night (but again it’s ideal for people looking for a hostel type of accommodation. Getting there with the luggage can be a hustle as you need to take a gondola and go down an icy slope for 50 meters that for sure will include some funny falls. It’s not a hotel, it’s a hostel. Needs a facelift. Even if it’s one of the least expensive places in the resort it’s still overpriced for what it offers. Dinner is included but drinks are overpriced (a bottle of water was 7€ and beer more expensive than any other place in town).
