Was good for a few nights. Wouldn’t want to spend an entire holiday.
Clean, well equipped, comfortable, smartly arranged and stylish decorated. Parking right in front of the building.
Should not be a suprise, but good to understand: it is a 20 minute walk to the city center, mostly along a busy road. The house itself is just over this road too, overlooking a petrol station and some other industries. Not the most idyllic location. Still, price is quite high for a 35 sqm, off-center appartement (€330 per night in high season). Again, known in advance so can’t complain about this. As a suggestion to the owner: the headboard of the bed is very uncomfortable when sitting up for reading (virtually impossible considering the iron bars). Furthermore, I read about floppy pillows in other reviews, to which was commented that more or other pillows were available on request. I suggest to proactively place these in the apartment(s) because more firm pillows are indeed needed.

Would not recommend for skiers.
Clean apartment with access to laundry. Kitchen had adequate appliances though no supplies at all. Spacious living room.
On a snowy day (all of our stay) very difficult to manouvre car in and out as it's on a slope. No shampoo (apparently this was standard but should have been made clear). TV didn't quite work. Location is far from things.

Excellent house for skiing in kitzski.
New furnished, there are supermarkets nearby, 10mins walk to train station. Washing machine and skirum provided.

The owners are very friendly and decent people. The house is perfect for living. The location is convenient, very close to grocery and household stores, public transport (bus, train). Very close to a nice hiking and cycling routes through the mountains and forests. I definitely recommend and definitely plan to continue using the services of House Ingrid. Thanks a lot!

🏞 A nice apartment in a great location 🏞
The house is very nice with nice finish touches. The rooms are clean. You have also a sunny terrace if you eat outside during the summer. We are in three and stay seven days but, in my opinion, is designed for two people / two people with a kid. The position is really good. Last but not least, we appreciate the kindness of Ingrid and his family.
The bathroom is too small. In particular the washbasin.

Die Einrichtung ist neu und das Apartment sauber.
Das sogenannte „Bad“ ist äußerst klein! Dusche, Toilette und ein Mini-Waschbecken auf kleinstem Raum hinter einer Glaswand im Schlafzimmer. Es gibt keinen Kleiderschrank. Auf dem Balkon waren in den Blumenkästen die vertrockneten Pflanzen aus dem Vorjahr. Bei diesem Preis würde man sich mehr erwarten! Das Apartment ist für drei Erwachsene auf jeden Fall zu klein! Wir waren nur zwei Nächte, aber ein längerer Aufenthalt wäre auf Grund des beengten Raumes nicht möglich!
