Friendly Pension 10 minute walk from Kitzbühel centre
Great location that is easily reachable from Schwarzsee station. Room was to a high standard with fast internet connection, and a shared guest fridge for drinks and snacks. Hearty breakfast each morning to power up for the day! In good weather we ate outside with views of the Kitzbüheler Alps as a backdrop. Friendly hosts who gave plenty of local tips, recommendations, and as a Kitzbühel native shared experiences of changing Kitzbühel life over time. Guest car parking spaces, and storage room in summer for bikes/e-bikes.

Well-located guesthouse & friendly host
It was a pleasure to talk during every breakfast with the very hospitable and informed host. Ski-in & ski-out, using slope 22 and the field behind the guesthouse. Large room and bathroom. Good value for money.
Slightly dated furniture. No sign on the guesthouse meant it was difficult to find at the beginning.

Wonderful apartments close to ski slopes.
Apartments are really close to ski-bus stop (5 min walk) and cabine station (12min walk with ski boots and skis :-) ) Our apartment was very spacious (2 bedrooms with bathroom and WC, living room with kitchen - well equipped (fridge, microwave, toaster, lots of plates, glasses, etc.), and another WC). There was also wifi connection (fast enough for emails, FB, news - not for uploading photos, etc.). In the living room was also a balcony with a beautiful view.
My bed was very soft and creaky - but I am quite heavy :-)

Fabulous
Wonderful, hospitable, kind, sociable hostess of a pension, it is so pleasant to communicate with she at the breakfast. The friendly, pleasant atmosphere of a hotel, all problems are solved very quickly. The beautiful and cozy room for breakfasts with a beautiful view of the mountains.
