A little piece of heaven

Charming hotel with cool design elements. Close to nature and the Schwarzsee lake. Helpful staff always at hand to provide advice on hiking and bike trails as well as restaurants (not really necessary given they make the best Schnitzel in town). For rainy days a trip to Innsbruck is highly recommend.

The Kaiserschmarren has too many calories and is irresistible - we now need to go on a diet.

Great stay, comfortable room, helpful staff, superb breakfast buffet!

Seebichl has a great feel - traditional building off the beaten track; the interior, the garden, the restaurant and the lounge/library areas give it a modern, boutique feel with lots of different areas to sit & chill. Fantastic breakfast buffet and a reataurant serving a changing, seasonal menu.

Balcony life on the top floor is somewhat impersonal & limited being in very close proximity to 2/3 neighbours and their cigarette smoke when the curtains are open.

The style, the design, and the service were all amazing. the views all around are breathtaking! The rooms and beds were just what we needed. The food was great.

the cat at the reception was absolutely adorable! =) I would definately recommend to use sauna with the garden view and enjoy the dinner in the afternoon sun on the terrace! the breakfast was absolutely amaizing! great music in the restaurant and lobby.

the lunch is not served every day so if you arrive in the middle of the day you may need to go to other nearby places for lunch which are also great and with the lake view.

Beautiful hotel in picturesque place

Great hotel, very cozy with big attention to details. The breakfast was diverse and very tasty. You could find everything you need, just a bit monotonous-the choice of food did not change from day to day. The stuff were super friendly and helpful!

The Best Choice to Explore Kitzbuhel!

We had a fabulous stay at Hotel Seebichl! This is a wonderful property in every way, and the owners and staff take great care in making your stay a perfect experience. The vibe, the food, the views - all spectacular. Also, we enjoyed walking to and from town in the evenings and we also walked home from the mountain on a few days although the hotel provides a ski shuttle. It is a lovely walk. We more than highly recommend staying at this lovely property.

Comfy, stylish, staff quite distant but efficient

Breakfast was good.

The restaurant wasn’t able to accommodate us for dinner so we had to walk in the dark to the next resort. Felt that as residents they would have been able to squeeze us in.

Excellent location. Very convenient ski shuttle to Kitzbuhel. The restaurant is good, very nice staff. One day I was late for breakfast and she went to get a bowl of yogourt for me, a huge thank you to that person for your kindness.

No kettle to make hot water in room and so no tea or coffee possible. Since we have to do an early check out before breakfast started, we had asked the hotel reception a few days before if we can a have a small take away breakfast, to which we were given the answer "yes and that we can remind them the night before". The night before, I reminded our request to the hotel reception and this time got the answer that "no, it was too late, maybe if I'd asked before but and since it'S NYE the staff are very busy, but there'll be cereal and hot drinks that will be available since it's put out early every morning". Was not a big deal, but did not like the contradictory answers given and that one would think that after a 6 night stay for 4 persons, there would be a bit more effort to make something like 4 sandwiches!
