Det var første gang min mand og jeg har prøver at rejse og kun bruge booking.dk og det kan varmt anbefales.

Det er et meget hyggeligt sted og super service og meget i mødekommende værter. Man følte sig hjemme. Servicen var helt i top. Der er kaffe og te hele dagen til fri afbenyttelse. Og fantastisk morgenmad.

Der var ikke noget. Alt var super godt

Ganz wundervolle und fürsorgliche Gastgeber. Es fühlt sich eher so an, als würde man nach Hause kommen und nicht in ein Hotel. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Ganz lieben Dank!!!

Bella e accogliente struttura in zona residenziale di Kitzbühel, ottima la colazione con frutta fresca, e tutto di prima

Bella sala di accoglienza, dove si riceve anche la colazione al mattino. Simpatica l’idea di mettere a disposizione bevande alcoliche e non 24h, a pagamento, anche se una bottiglia di Grûner Veltliner a 25€ mi sembra un po’ esagerato, non trattandosi di uno Smaragd. Camera graziosa e funzionale, con un arredamento minimal chic di gusto. Accappatoio e ciabattine in camera.

La moquette in camera. Per quanto bella e nuova non è igienica ed ho avuto la sensazione che prima di me ci abbia soggiornato qualcuno con un cane. Nonostante le finestre aperte c’era uno strano odore. Io non vivo con animali.

Perfekter Kurzurlaub in einem tollen Hotel!

Wahnsinnig tolles Hotel mit Blick auf die Hahnenkammbahn! Parkplätze vor dem Hotel. Zu Fuß, 5 min. ins Zentrum und ins Tennisstadion! Tolles Frühstück, dass keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Innhaber des Hotels bemühen sich sehr um die Gäste. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!

First rate stay at highly convenient beautiful property

Das Edelweiss is truly a gem of a hotel. Very clean, absolute first rate breakfast and late afternoon snack. Next to train tracks but not noisy at all. The family who runs the property (Klaus & Victoria) are friendly, super professional and tend to your every need. You really don't need a car though the hotel does have parking. Gondola is a 5-10 minute walk that's delightful and very easy. The hotel itself has lovely, simple rooms that fulfill every need we had. Highly recommended for families, couples, skiers, cyclists and really anyone who wants to relax in Kitzbuhel.

Arrogant, pretentious and rude staff that made our stay feel akin to a probation centre rather than an expensive hotel. Rooms and corridors are drab, tasteless and outdated. We left early, despite having paid in advance.

Super place in kiztbuhel! I love it!!

Everything was perfect. Was quite, beautiful, the people who work there was very kind and marvelous. The breakfast and the “merienda” were great. I love all. The spa area was perfect to relax after a day of ski. You can go walking from the hotel, 4 minutes walking.

Hervorzuheben ist das Hotelpersonal. Stets freundlich und hilfsbereit und immer da, wenn man sie brauchte. Die ruhige Atmosphäre unten im Foyer. Man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt.

Die Parkgebühr pro Tag mit 25€ ist schon happig. Aber ich glaube, da kann das Hotelpersonal nichts dafür. Die Vorgaben kommen sicherlich von der Stadt Kitzbühel.

Honestly the best ski hotel I have ever stayed in. First class staff!

The breakfast was amazing, always fresh. The staff were fantastic and so attentive. Honesty would stay again and would highly recommend to friends and family. All the staff were so friendly. They all made sure they came to say goodbye as we left after breakfast.

An Excellent Hotel for a Ski Vacation

The breakfast was very good and the oatmeal was made perfectly. The dinners at the hotel were also classy and good alternatives for going out to eat. The location of the hotel was very good with 200+ meters to Kitzbuhel-Hahnenkamm train stop and at the same time to Hahnenkamm Bahn ski lift. I loved my small room in the attic with a balcony facing the mountain.

Relaxing break in a lovely hotel with a family feel

Friendly, well located with a personal rather than big hotel feel. The family were very welcoming and helpful and went the extra mile. Close to the town centre but you still felt in the countryside.

The artwork ranged from traditional Austrian (which we loved) but included too many mixed modern styles which could be pared back.

Warm hospitality and beautiful quiet setting near village center

This family run hotel provided top notch service and genuine hospitality. Location was walkable to gondola, train station, and the village center. The interior and exterior of the property were beautifully decorated and well maintained. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and the optional dinner service was convenient for staying in.
