Smoky building, unfriendly staff, dark stairways

The whole building reeked of cigarette smoke, someone was continually smoking inside. The stairways were so dark we had to use flashlights to walk up to the second floor. No one was available at the front desk ever. The wood floor caused splinters in our feet. Pillows were very flat and there wasn’t ever anyone at the desk to ask for additional pillows. A maintenance man walked into my room when my child was still asleep in bed- no one informed me, and he didn’t even knock. At check out time, someone appeared at the desk and was very unfriendly. Would not return.

Pretty traditional hotel

Pretty traditional Austrian hotel and restaurant. Very friendly welcome. Nice rooms with balcony. Very dog friendly. Food was excellent.

Hotel needs some tlc. Cleaned better and maintained.

Breakfast was boring after 4days. Location was 3 kms for centre.

Beds were uncomfortable and squeaked every time you turned over. Shower leaked. Mirror to high I could see myself at all. Picture in the wall clearly broken and if they had cleaned properly it should have noted and replaced.

We really enjoyed our stay and thought it was a great value hotel for skiing in Kitzbuhel.

Really liked the value for money and old Austrian chalet feel of the place

Bus schedule to get to/from town wasn't always ideal but it was manageable and taxis were easy to come by (by calling)

Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück war sehr lecker und das Hotel hat einen sehr schönen Tiroler Charme, sehr schön und rustikal eingerichtet

Das Zimmer war etwas klein und ein Ganzkörperspiegel wäre nett gewesen

Leider kein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer und keine Stühle auf dem Balkon. Es gab zwar eine Mini- Sitzgelegenheit, aber für 2 Personen definitiv zu klein

Poloha hotela, bezplatné parkovanie pred hotelom, čistota hotela aj vonkajšie plochy, super personál, hotelová reštaurácia, super kľudná lokalita, vhodné pre cyklistov - do mesta cca 2,5 km.

Trocha malá izba no na prespanie postačujúca, sortiment potravín na raňajky slabší 4x rovnaké potraviny,

Die Auswahlt lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es hat für jeden feine Sachen dabei. Heimelige Essensräume wo man gemühtlich das Essen zu sich nehmen kann.Sehr Gepflegter Aussenbereich da lässt man sich gerne nieder und geniesst die Stille im grünen. Liegt ca. 5Min. mit dem Auto vom Zentrum. Es war ein schöner zwischen Stop für uns. Wir sind sehr zuvorkommend begrüsst, bedient und verabschiedet worden. Liebe Grüsse aus Schweiz.

Wir waren mit unserem Hund für ein verlängertes Wochenende in Kitzbühel und haben uns im Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt. Nettes Personal, Parkplätze direkt vorm Haus, vielfältiges Frühstück, saubere und gemütliche Zimmer - nicht zu vergessen die tolle Aussicht!

Das Zimmer war auf Grund der Grösse und Aufteilung ein Einzelzimmer ,der Stil traf unseren Geschmack. Beim nächste Besuch nur zwei Einzel, bei offenem Restaurant um das evtl. Erwartbare zu geniessen.

Ich hatte mich auf etwas landestypisches gefreut. Aber es gibt viel italienisches Essen. Oder Lachs mit Wokgemüse. Das passt nicht wirklich zum Haus.

Kein Wellnessbereich bzw. Kein Zugang, Sofa im Zimmer wäre wünschenswert, Preis für Ü/F in einem 3* Hotel recht hoch was offenbar an dem allgemein sehr hohen Preisniveau in dem Skigebiet liegt
