Sehr erholsamer Urlaub in einem alpenschicken und äußerst persönlich geführten Hotel

Man fühlt sich von Beginn an, herzlichst willkommen, das Personal im Hotel ist durchweg sehr liebenswürdig und freundlich und persönlich und dabei äußerst professionell. Toll!

Sehr schönes, grosses Zimmer mit separatem Wohnbereich. Zweite Toilette vorhanden. Grosses Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche. Bequemes Bett. Hervorragendes Frühstücks Buffet sowie Abendessen. Top Lage zum Dorf.

Lichtverhältnisse vorallem im Bad nicht genügend. Drei TV vorhanden aber kein CH Sender aufgeschaltet.

Die Lage ist super. Sehr freundliches Personal. Sauberes Hotel und Hundefreundlich. Willkommens Getränk war sehr nett. Frische Äpfel etc. Klasse Sauna Landschaft. Gratis Mini Bar.

Verwirrende Nutzung der Bad Produkte im Bad des Zimmers. Gegen Gebühr ja oder nein…. Parkplatz war voll und wir mussten das freie parken trotzdem zahlen an der Hauswand mit Abgang zur Einfahrt der Tiefgarage. Es wäre auch super eine kleine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer zu haben. Was sehr schade war ist der zu kalte Pool ! Da wollte man nicht länger drin verweilen. Sehr hohe Preisgestaltung im Hotel Restaurant und kleine Portionen.

Das Buffet war sehr vielfältig, das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat eigentlich alle Wünsche möglich gemacht. Dir Zimmer sind wirklich sehr schön eingerichtet.

Leider war am 2. Abend eine größere Veranstaltung, welche unter unserem Zimmer stattfand. Dieses führte zu erhöhtem Lärm, wir konnten mit dem Hotel allerdings eine gute Lösung finden.

Alles super - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten einen richtig tollen Aufenthalt im Hotel Kitzhof! Die Lage ist super – ruhig, aber trotzdem total nah am Zentrum von Kitzbühel. Perfekt, um alles zu Fuß zu erkunden. Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam – man fühlt sich willkommen. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die sonnige Terrasse – ein traumhafter Platz zum Relaxen. Kurz gesagt: Alles hat gepasst und wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

This was our second time staying at Hotel Kitzhof, and it didn’t disappoint. The location is spot-on—close to the city and the slopes, with a quick shuttle, always available when you need, to the cable cars. The staff are sharp and professional, and the rooms are well-designed, quiet, and comfortable. The spa is top-notch, and the breakfast is solid—plenty of quality options to fuel the day. The bar lounge has a great, laid-back vibe and is a perfect spot to wind down. The entire place is kept in excellent shape, which speaks to the hotel’s high standards. Definitely a place worth coming back to.

Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr lieb, auch mit den Kindern ganz toll umgegangen. Meine Kleine hat ungefragt einen kleinen Bademantel, Pantoffeln und Spielzeug zur Begrüßung bekommen. Da wurde mitgedacht. Überall waren gemütliche Sitzmöglichkeiten, der Pool war angenehm temperiert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Da mein Mann sehr krank war, habe ich den Kids und mir einfach diese paar Tage zur Erholung spendiert, und ich habe habe mir fest vorgenommen Ende September spätestens mal 10 Tage nur für mich zu buchen. War sehr schön! Ganz liebe Grüße

Overall OK place but way overpriced

Nice breakfast with broad selection (except the veggies) Comfortable in-door parking (though would have expected it to be included into an EUR400/night price) Shuttle service available to the ski-lift

Price to value is hugely disconnected. For EUR 400/night one would have expected some extra touch, both in service and in property quality. On the contrary, it felt as a big mass hotel which does have reasonable quality but nothing extra (if compared to services in this category): - no personalisation, no kind service (eg. at breakfast) if one is not visibly rich (i.e. not in designer clothes) - no flexibility to resolve any special requests (e.g. early check-in requested by latest 1400, could not grant it b/c official is 1500, despite rooms are vacated from 1100). - some amenities missing, ie cups in the Sauna - some of the service staff is also pushed for the rushed mass service - e.g. one of the shuttle service drivers was unkind, luggages from our packing trolley were put on the pavement while packing into the car b/c the trolley was needed elsewhere - small room, very hot, lack of proper temperature control
