Excellent staff , amazing location

The staff is excellent , breakfast is amazing , the free ski bus is very convenient

Lovely food and facilities. The only down side is the fight to get on a bus to get into or out of town.

The pool and sauna were very good. The food was also great. The games room was enjoyed by my children.

The shuttle in the morning and afternoon often turned into a competition to get a seat with people disregarding any queue. An addition shuttle at peak time would be beneficial.

Delightful, luxurious, delicious stay at Lebenberg - a good choice !!

I liked the ambience and stylish appearance of the common areas, restaurant, bar, seating areas, games room - beautiful large rooms, yet cosy. We were eight family members including two children - we loved each morning the vast variety of breakfast offerings; dinner each evening was delicious and beautifully presented, the children’s dinner choices were very popular (including with some adults); we were delighted with the quality and choice of food at Lebenberg throughout; restaurant staff members are an utter delight. the beautiful and vast swimming pool in its panoramic setting was a huge hit with everyone. dining room

1) Most of your reception staff were excellent and really helpful, except for one chap who had a somewhat aggressive and offensive attitude - possibly due to his difficulty with the English language. 2) The long delays of the shuttle service (only 2 buses)to the ski lift in the mornings and then the scramble late afternoon for space on the bus, was hugely annoying - these very long waiting times meant that some children missed their ski lessons. During school holidays I would recommend you operate at least 3 or 4 shuttle buses. This aspect at Lebenberg was highly irritating to many of your guests including us.

We had a great stay and would visit the hotel again.

The pool, room and breakfast were great. The facilities in general meet our expectations.

Our check in was not great. It took us nearly 60 mins to check in as they could not find our booking. I had to retrieve bookings from my account and eventually they did find them. The hotel service was quite slow and seemed disjointed when ordering drinks from the bar. The hotel is further out from the town from what the description gives on booking.com.

Great hotel to stay and will return.

The facilities were great. The breakfast was a great start to a days skiing. We had dinner one night in the hotel which was good however I thought it was pricey in comparison to other eating venues in the nearby town.

Our check in wasn't a great experience as they could not find the bookings quickly. I had to rely on my booking reference via the booking.com app. That took nearly 1 hour to get resolved. Since there was a large group of us I thought the hotel was under-staffed especially at night. We all would congregate in the bar area and it did take while to get served. The hotel is not centrally located which we knew however the distance that is advertised is not correct. It is a good 20 minute walk into the centre of town and not 10 mins.

Not for skiers

Spa is nice

Shuttle to the service definitely doesn’t work. Tried to talk to the manager and she was clear that this service is complementary, so I shouldn’t expect much. Van to lift are are small and always packed. It was a fight everyday managing to get a spot in this van. Really disappointing for someone who wants to ski, this hotel is not prepared for it.

stunning hotel in a great location - make time to enjoy the facilities

beautiful pool with an amazing view. Nice 'quiet' area as well. Bar and wait staff were very friendly and sociable, an interesting and enjoyable mix of cultures and nationalities.

It was _very_ busy in the period before new year - and the dinner service struggled at times. We twice waited over an hour between courses, and we weren't the only ones who had issues

Nice location and view. Staff needs a lot of attention

Location was very good. View from our room and the pool were very nice.

We had a very bad experience in the dining room with a server on the first night of our stay. He touched food on the plate with his hand then said he would bring us a different plate of food. He brought back the exact same plate and food and then lied about it to our face.

Comfortable rooms good location but staff needs to be trained better

The staff let this hotel down big time. Breakfast was very crowded and the restaurant took 40mins to get me eggs to order. The bar staff are slow and not very efficient. The only redeeming factor was that the checkin staff and were very warm and friendly

A beautiful stay with a great location and exceptional staff, though some improvements in room presentation and maintena

The location is excellent, offering beautiful views and a very pleasant atmosphere. The overall ambiance of the hotel is charming and relaxing. Most importantly, the staff were outstanding — extremely kind, professional and always willing to help, which significantly enhanced our stay.

The Lebenberg room we booked was presented in the photos as having a sofa and the option to accommodate a third guest. In reality, there was no sofa, and the room felt quite limited in space to comfortably host a third person. Additionally, although the room was generally clean, there was pink mold in some areas of the shower tiles, which requires better maintenance.

A great hotel for the time we were there.

Arrived and was greeted by friendly staff who offered us a glass of Prosecco. The pool and spa area was amazing. Our room was superb. We were half board and enjoyed all our food.

Parking was a slight issue as it is away from the front of the hotel. So unloading luggage was a case of dropping off at reception and then going to park car.

Everything was amazing from the beginning till the end.

Everything was perfect from the beginning till the end of our stay. Staff is very professional and take care of all even small details. Administrators in our check in and our check out are very polite and helpful. The massage was help to feel my back better after month of pain, I had the professional Suzanna, she did her best to make me feel good. Waiters in the restaurant in the morning and in the evening also were professionals with good recommendations of food and drinks especially wine and cocktails. The chef made my taste buds go crazy. Everything was amazing, thank you very much and see you soon

Outstanding

The hotel was beautiful. Exceptionally clean. The pool was probably the most stunning I have seen anywhere in the world. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Botond and the staff covering dinner in the restaurant.

It was extremely hot during our stay. Whilst the main hotel areas had aircon the rooms didn’t. This was the only thing in the whole stay that could be improved. There were room fans but given the extreme heat they didn’t do much use.

Summer getaway dream

The location and the panoramic view were amazing, as were the pool and spa facilities. Altogether a fantastic experience for a summer getaway. Staff is extremely friendly and professional!

Double beds are two single beds that slide apart very easily so that could be worked on. All else was amazing!

Spectacular

This was our second stay at this beautiful hotel and we did not regret it. The staff is highly professional, friendly and polite. The rooms (panoramic double room) has an amazing view, is well equipped and comfortable. The infinity pool on the roof is downright spectacular. There is a super equipped playroom for small children that our toddler very much enjoyed.

Really nice hotel, would go back any time, but ask for a quiet room

Excellent location and room itself (although a little bit loud as it was directly above the main entrance and other guests came back until well after midnight, oblivious of the time time with their loud talking and singing)

A proper luxury stay with amazing rooms, facilities and staff

This is an amazing hotel. The photos actually don’t do it justice. Lovely spacious rooms and if you get the ones with panoramic views they are excellent. Staff very helpful

The only negative is that it is a little way out from Kitzbuhl so taxis needed although they do offer a limited shuttle service. We had a meal at the restaurant and whilst most of the dishes were delicious the service was a bit slow

Lovely hotel with good and staff facilities - ask to stay in the modern area of the building.

Pool area was lovely, although would have preferred to be able to wear swim wear in sauna and steam. We were advised it was a naked area but could wear a towel so didn’t see the difference. We were situated in the old castle area of the hotel which I would not choose to be in. Room was spacious and clean but a little tired and cool and up 3 flights of stairs with no lift available. This cool room must have been previous guest views too as a supplementary heater was put in. The tiled bathroom floor was freezing and shower was over the bath with a small screen. The room was provided with a bottle of tap water but no tea/coffee making facilities which was disappointing. Shuttle bus to town was very good as it cost $20 one way to town - only available til 5pm. Staff were nice & free cookies on reception good. Had breakfast and two evening meals and all delicious.

Would have preferred to be in modern area of hotel. Walk to room up castle staircase was cold. Tea and coffee in the room. Tried TV but couldn’t get it to work but didn’t report it as I don’t sit and watch TV in bed without a cup of tea.

Lovely hotel with great staff and facilities but some restaurant service issues

Excellent quality of facilities, fabulous views across Kitzbühel (including from the pool), very helpful staff, great food (both breakfast and half board dinner) and useful hourly shuttle service into Kitzbühel

Our room had no air conditioning which did make sleeping in the hot weather difficult. Main concern was inconsistent service at dinner - sometimes fabulous and at other times slow and chaotic (despite the hotel being relatively quiet when we stayed)

Very professional and friendly staff. Very pet friendly (our dog made so many friends). Amazing location, 10 min walk from the center and 15 min walk to the lake. Delicious breakfast, half pension and snack options at the bar. Best indoor swimming pool ever. Very cozy room with a terrace. If you are searching a place to relax, this is the place to be.

In general, all good. Only perhaps the fact that to get to the building extension requires some up and downs with stairs or elevator. A lift from this building to the ground floor / external garage could be good.
