Amazing and well worth the price

The amenities, the views, the restaurants and the breakfast were all amazing. A beautiful hotel we’ll definitely be returning to if we’re ever in the area.

The rooms are a little outdated (old tv, old carpet, old and confusing shower) other than that, it was very clean and comfortable, just a little below what os expected of a 5 star hotel.

The position and parking is superb. The restaurant was fabulous. The Thallaso spa was overrated and crowded chaos but it was Sunday and the treatments and reception were closed.

The bathrooms were rather dated. Not a good shower arrangement and for a 5 star hotel the toiletries were a huge let down. I reduce the items I usually pack and regretted doing so

Wonderful hotel in an excellent location

Location was superb on the beach. Great bar with a fantastic view. Food in restaurant was good. Spa was amazing - and I would visit again just for that. Staff courteous, helpful and friendly.

Loved Saint-Malo despite the poor hotel experience

Beachfront location and the Saint Malo city itself.

Facilities were much too old & worn out for the price tag they charge (room was mediocre and the spa area was a pass). The staff were nice but there’s not much they can do about those facts. Also, please see the photo for how the view in the ‘city view’ room actually looked.

Grand old hotel. Lovely aspect looking onto beach. Fun pool and spa experience. Really delightful staff.

Beds incredibly uncomfortable. Aircon terribly noisy - like living inside an expresso machine. Rather expensive. Long way to town.

The hotel is not of the 5 star category…we have considerable number of hotels comparisons. 4 star is appropriate. Several negative comments on TripAdvisor remain unaddressed . Did not use Thallaso.

Great hotel in an outstanding location. Cannot beat the beach and the views.

Our room was not large but adequate for us. We had a great seaview. Breakfast was very good. Many selections. Great service at the bar.

Staff a desk a little standoffish. We don't speak French so that could be the issue. They did serve us well.

Dated hotel, a long way from the town.

the spa but had to pay 25 euros per person per day but not told when used it, added to the bill when checked out.

Dated room, the room smelt, old fashioned dated carpet, small room. Air conditioning didn’t work and weather was hot, therefore had to sleep with windows open and got woken really early with seagulls noise. Coffee facility reallly poor, instant coffee with no milk. Terrace in the morning shut, we wanted to have a coffin on the terrace but was told is was shut. Hotel a long way from the town. Would not recommend and we would not stay there again.

Very Nice hotel

Very friendly staff. Free upgrade of the room for our daughter so she could stay close to our room. Nice restaurant with flexible service even late at night and in using the menu formula. Nice Spa. Valet service for the car.

Aquatonic (part of the swimming pool complex) is not complementary, what you would expect.
