The apartment has everything I needed for a short stay. It was comfortable and well equipped.
My apartment was advertised as having a city view. Not true. Being a ground level unit my view was of a ten foot stone wall with no view at all, albeit the garden outside the flat was quite pleasant.
Be aware, also, that the location is a fare way out of the main city. You’ll need transport, otherwise it’s a long walk to the nearest cafés, bars and restaurants.

The residence was right behind a beach so had lovely sea views. It was in a very nice suburb of St Malo where we could walk or drive to several restaurants, bars and supermarkets. There was a lovely walk along a nearby promenade. The residence was beautifully clean and our apartment felt just the right size. It had good storage space for our clothes, very comfortable beds and lovely bedlinen. The kitchen and bathroom were very nice and well equipped. The swimming pool and steam room were excellent. The car park is big so we always had a space, also lets of local roads had free parking on the side so it was easy to park near a restaurant for example. It was only a short drive into the historical centre of St Malo.
Breakfast was a little overpriced for a continental one, and the coffee was disappointing as it was weak.

Well equipped apartment, but in comparison to similar panels have stayed in states a little on the smaller side
Good location we managed to walk back from the restaurants down front along the beach… the beach itself is wonderful, lovely small pool and sun deck…

The property is right on the beach. Have swimming pool and Turkish bath. The apartment has little Kitchener with little fridge and all necessary equipment to cook breakfast. A bit out of the city center , 10 min drive but good value for money. Grocery shop is very close by , 5 min walk.
The wall is very thin and you can hear what’s happening next door. No aircon if it’s too hot , it’s impossible to sleep
