An adequate room for my needs as I was out all days during my stay. Good for an overnighter or 2 d a

Heating was adequate. Balcony gave the option for fresh air flow. Bathroom was well appointed. Power points well located.

Very small room with little storage. Spiral stairs were hard to negotiate with luggage. Noise from other rooms and traffic.

Great Stop off Spot

This was a last minute booking and the hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly. The food they served downstairs was superb.

The room was comfortable but lacked extra pillows.

Slightly Basic but integrated into a Brasserie at a good price.

The staff were able to communicate in English and French and the price was good. I was staying in St Malo because I had an early ferry to catch in the morning and I have done the pre-dawn drive previously and it is not much fun. The hotel is also a Brasserie so I was able to get a beer even though I arrived quite late.

I had some trouble finding the hotel although this was in part because my GPS was sending me to a very similar address that was in the middle of the Citadel when there was a festival on! Be careful in making sure that you are being directed to an address a couple of km out of the walled city. Whilst the WiFi worked well in most of the hotel it did not cover my room (#6/8?) so I had to sit on the stairs to check that my ferry was on time etc.

Great value, for a reasonably located hotel outside of the St Malo walls. We booked a family room & it was huge, effectively 3 bedrooms. We only needed the room for one night as a lay over before catching the ferry.

The toilet is in a small gap between the wall & vanity unit, made it interesting for a larger gent like myself.

Clean, comfy room near the beach

Booked for one night before taking the ferry home. Room was perfect, very clean and everything we needed.

Room was a bit stuffy so we had to open the window and it was noisy (not traffic - think it must have been noise from the kitchen)

What a find! Excellent value, good resto on ground floor, when it rained buckets. Only 50 metres from a beautiful sandy beach. Area with local shops and restos, which felt safe and calm.

Nice stay at the end of the beach at St. Malo

Nice and friendly staff at the reception. Location very close to the beach (just around 2 minutes walk). Simple but nice and clean room, which is really all you need.

You can hear quite a lot of noise from the corridor or aside room (thin walls/doors). The parking available on the streets is quite tricky - yes, it´s for free but the streets around the hotel are quite busy due to the beach nearby and it was an issue to find one parking place. We had to park several streets from the hotel.
