Location, the staff, facilities and parking.

Very good location 5 minutes from the intra muros and only a mile from the ferry terminal. Private secure underground parking under the building. The staff were exceptional. I left a single Apple AirPod in my bed. They tracked it down and posted it to me a few days later. We had breakfast each day in the intra muros, except when we left. We had to leave early so they prepared a tray for us with exactly what we ordered. If we were in St Malo again, we would stay there.

A great location for exploring the city and surrounding areas.

The hotel is in a great location, not in the old town, so it's quiet, but very close to it. It's practically on the waterfront, so you can always watch the tides come in and out. It's only a 5-minute walk along the ocean to the old town, which is very beautiful and convenient. The parking lot is very conveniently located and has plenty of space (we had a large car and I had no trouble parking). The staff is friendly and tries to make guests feel comfortable.

The breakfasts may be a little poor compared to what you can find in cafes in the old town. But overall, you won't go hungry.

Beautifully appointed, contemporary hotel. Incredibly helpful and welcoming staff. Secure paring in excellent location. Add to that a blissfully comfortable bed which delivered an outstanding night’s sleep!

Lovey location and staff. Need to be clearer about parking

Clean, all mod cons and amazing position, just next to seaside and 5 mins walk from old town. Staff very helpful.

I booked it as it advertised parking. However it had 10 spaces for 25 rooms meaning (I think) that you need to reserve these in advance. We didn’t realize that and the spaces were all in use. It was August in a prime tourist location so it took me 30 mins driving around busy streets to find somewhere to park the car- was a bit stressful!

Loved the location and comfort

Clean, modern and v comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful. Great location. We loved our balcony with side sea view. Kitchenette was perfect for own breakfast on balcony and one or two simple dinners/lunches or take out.

Not a negative but an FYI for other guests thinking of reserving a parking space; car with roof box will not fit in the hotel car park.

Great stay; would stay again

Nice decor and comfortable. Everything we needed and the kitchenette was nice to have. The terrace was spacious and wonderful view of the beach. A baby cot was already set up for us when we arrived. Nice breakfast spread. Great location - Across the street from Sillon Beach and just a short walk to intramuros

Parking was full when arrived, but we found free street parking close by. We got two rooms, but they were on separate floors (the family size rooms are all on the same level - a plus but also a bit noisy at times)...not a deal breaker, would absolutely return.

Very helpful team, perfect for a relaxing stay!

Very impressed by the incredibly helpful receptionist, who helped us get some breakfast bits early in the morning so we could catch our ferry. Lovely room, comfortable bed and excellent shower! Wish we could have stayed for longer!

A gem in Saint Malo

Easily walkable to all the best sites in Saint Malo, our family of four fit comfortably into their large family room. Everything felt new, clean and comfortable. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered something for everyone. The friendly service was also appreciated and made it feel like a family owned resort. With a lot of lodging options in the city, it’s hard to believe there are many options better than this one.

AMAZING shower, great location.

Great location, extremely comfortable shower and possibly the best shower I’ve ever experienced in any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Yes, it was THAT good! Our balcony was a lovely feature and the coffee in the room was really nice.

Very VERY disappointed that the toilet seat in our room was terrible. It had paint missing which didn’t affect how it worked but it looked tatty and dirty. However far more important was it had been physically broken to the point where it hurt us. The cracked plastic really pinched our legs as we sat on it to the point where several days later I still have a small bruise and cut skin. It wasn’t a fresh break either as the edges were dulled rather than of a fresh break. Theres also no USB ports in the room which for 2025 is very unusual.

A fantastic option to stay in Saint Malo

We found L'Adresse a lovely hotel ideally suited to our needs. It was close to Intra Muros, providing access to a bus stop (useful) and the tourism office (very helpful). Oldtown was also a short walk away, which meant that the best parts of Saint-Malo were close to the hotel. There are restaurants of varied cuisine in Oldtown, and you will be spoiled for choice. Take your pick from French, Italian, Indian and several seafood restaurants. There are ice cream parlours (Sanchez), bakeries and supermarkets (Carrefour) amongst other options. The rooms were reasonably sized with adequate storage space. The room had a lovely kitchenette with a microwave, utensils, and a stove. This meant you could cook up some stuff or even heat RTEs. The breakfast spread was the same every day, but was redeemed by the option of ordering eggs. The staff at the restaurant and reception were responsive and warm. Louis at the front desk was fantastic and made us feel very welcome. Charlotte, Ludvica and Yann were also very helpful. The lady serving breakfast (didn't catch her name - apologies) was also very helpful.

The lighting in one of the rooms was inadequate, and the bathroom's ground-glass windows were a strange design choice. We had to use our phone flashlights to see inside the closet, and the bathroom windows meant that anyone using the bathroom illuminated the entire room. The hotel safe was small (couldn't accommodate a laptop) and was not intuitive. The hotel could play a more active role in planning and executing trips for guests to Mont Saint Michel (MSM) or other tourist attractions. We had trouble finding a guide for MSM, and the hotel was also unable to help. The breakfast could be improved by adding a few more black tea options (we especially recommend Parney's breakfast black tea). Also, the water for the tea was never hot enough.

This is a well refurbished hotel, with attention to detail. Good sound insulation. Staff very attentive and engaged.

OK, position is not the strongest assest, but is not bad either. Old town anyway does not sport many hotes of this quality.

Great location a stone through away from the beach and the city center. Our family room also had a kitchen hidden behind doors, very convenient for a family stay and quick diner or breakfast with the kids

No free parking, there is a large parking by the harbor 50m away but cost me 13€ per day (wasn't high season price), and hotel offers parking for 20€ /day

Modern, close to the old town and beach. Room, although relatively small was well designed, had all the amenities and a balcony with a sea view. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice.

Perfect for the ferry and sight seeing

The hotel has a secure parking garage underground. Given how busy St Malo is the parking is a big bonus but best to reserve in advance. The room was large and comfortable with everything i needed. Its very close to the beach and the citadel/
