Location and presentation of the hotel is great. Good selection of breakfast options and a nice cosy bar. En-suite shower room was nice with a great shower.
Room was a little on the small size with no comfortable chairs or side table.

Breakfast was great for choice. The location is great for exploring the old town and you get a marshmallow teddy for a night time snack on your pillow, what is not to love.
If you have a long car, longer than a Porsche Macan ! you might find it difficult to use their parking area.

Very clean. Staff so friendly and helpful. Allowed us to store our luggage with them from 9am ( straight off the ferry ) so that we didn’t have it all in the car with us when we visited other places in the area. The location inside the city walls was fantastic. Comfy bed, good bed linen and towels. Kettle in room and small fridge.

Good location and great Breakfast
The bedrooms and bathroom were very tired and basic for the price. Parking issues I had to park at the port and walk. No dinner in the hotel and their restaurants they say they have are not in the hotel so it’s misleading - after a long drive you really can’t be bothered to “go out” to eat you just want to relax and eat in a cosy space.
