A lovely hotel in a great location with wonderful staff, rooms and breakfast.

The hotel is wonderfully located inside the intra murs (walls). It is an old historic and charming building. The room was well appointed, charming, and clean and had good amount of space and light. The staff at the reception desk were very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was very good, great scrambled eggs and OJ! I could see the cathedral from the room and was close to steps to walk up onto the wall walk way that circled around the walled town.

The parking entrance was too narrow for me to feel comfortable entering it so a staff member helped me find parking very close to the hotel that was outside, safe and affordable. In general, I liked everything at this hotel.

Good family-run hotel.

The hotel is located about 100m inside the city wall on the east side. Welcoming and friendly staff. Room was good. Comfortable bed. As well, they provided food and water dishes for my dog, as well as a comfy sleeping pad.

Another great festive stay

Breakfast is expensive but really, truly exceptional with local butter and cheeses and yoghurts as well as a lot of hot and cold options, all delicious. Staff helpful and facilities excellent.

Our second stay in this lovely hotel, walking distance to fabulous restaurants and the intra muros sites and excellent!

It’s location in the intra muros of St Malo cannot be bettered. With on site parking too.

Loved this hotel !!

The location of the hotel is superb, right in the centre of Saint-Malo old town. The room wasn’t huge but so well set out and spotlessly clean. Storage in room for clothes etc. Staff were lovely. We agreed it was one of our nicest stays so far. We parked at Paul Feval car park and the walk from the shuttle bus took about 5 min to hotel. Would happily stay again.

Great stay. Super friendly staff.

The staff was super friendly and the family room incredibly spacious. It’s well located and very clean! Our other room which I assume was standard was on the small side but the beds were all very comfortable. The location and friendliness of the staff was tip top!

Not restaurant in the hotel which is unfortunate but there is so much around that it was only an issue as we had over tired children and were hoping to eat in. Carrefour Market was close enough though and so were their restaurants.

Fantastic staff, great location, wonderful breakfast - very much recommend this hotel !

The staff were absolutely incredible - we could not have felt more welcome and really looked after. From help with finding parking during peak season, to finding us a restaurant at last minute and taking care of all our needs. The hotel is also in a great location for exploring the beautiful city of St Malo.

Very comfortable hotel in the old town, modern clean rooms.

Location was excellent. Room very spacious and clean, nice toiletries in the bathroom. All of the staff bar one were extremely pleasant and helpful. There was a fridge and kettle in the room, and we could have our dog with us. We have stayed here before, and it is a very comfortable hotel.

No onsite parking for vehicles > 2m in height, which makes it complicated to stay here if you have a roof box on the car. The solution offered - parking in a locked facility elsewhere- was not optimal, as you ostensibly can't get your car out before 9.30 am!! So bad luck if you need to catch a ferry early. We had this issue, and it caused massive stress on the day we were leaving.

Very comfortable stay

The room was in a great condition, the bed was extremely comfortable, the AC was working perfectly, the blinds blocked out the light very well, and despite the hotel being in the city centre the room was very quiet (we didn't hear a single sound). We also appreciated that the shower had excellent water pressure, and they offer nice toiletries (including conditioner (not just shampoo) and a lotion). Breakfast was very good, great choices. Staff were very nice and accomodating.

Since it's in the centre of Saint-Malo, accessing the hotel by car was tricky with a larger vehicle. If you do have a bigger car, would suggest parking in the nearby public parking lots, rather than trying to use their private parking (which is cheaper anyway).

Great staff - super helpful and knowledgable - they even helped us get a reservation for the restaurant in advance of our stay.

I wish there was a suite available, for our son to have his own room. For one night the room we had was adequate.

Location and Kindness

Perfect location for sightseeing! Staff is so helpful. Checked me out early and ordered a taxi for my early morning ferry ride. Highly recommend for weary travelers.

Superbe stay in the heart of the old city of St Malo

Staying in the heart of the city with everything nearby. Garage facility was super helpful but you must book in advance. Hotel staff and service was excellent as was the superbe breakfast with lots of variety .. and delicious local food. Room great and the bathroom was very modern and well set up.

Tea and coffee facilities could have been more generous in the room .

St Malo.

The hotel location was very good for what we needed. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Covered parking was a good thing but was expensive.

Room wasn't ready when we checked in 1.5 hours after check in time. Room keys didn't work. We had to return to reception to change them. Private parking was a bit tight and I felt it was expensive.

- My room was a little cold, and the heating system was not working properly. - Relatively small rooms. - Not super clean (especially the floor). - I would say a little overpriced for the quality.

Priceless apartment overlooking the sea.

Oh my goodness, the view!! Priceless! Apartment is brand new and so well fitted out. Location super convenient and parking around the corner (paid parking)
