Great location, nicely decorated, rooms too. Nice clean carpet in our room. Breakfast was nice too. This hotel felt more like a 4 star than a 3 star

Our second stay here, amazing view from the superior quadruple room over to the Citadel and main square but it's not noisy at night.
We had the breakfast this time and it was fresh and varied with everything you could want (breads/pastries/yogurts/cold meats/hot bacon and sausage, hard boiled eggs, eggs you can soft boil yourself, juice, water, teas, fresh coffee etc) and definitely worth it, served from 7.30 - 10.30.
Convenient check in and out times - 3pm and 11am and luggage can be stored securely outside of these times.
It's a 15-20 min walk from the ferry terminal on flat ground. Might be quicker once the terminal upgrade is completed.
Very comfortable beds and pillows, everywhere is exceptionally clean, kettle in room on a handy desk and plenty of storage.

Booked a comfort double which should have included a private bathroom with bath tub but given room 110 which just had a shower
No kettle or tea/coffee facilities
No lavatory paper, just tissues from dispenser
No staff at breakfast so didn’t realise it was self service
