Location. Staff friendly and helpful
The stairs. We were on the 4th floor. Stairs were narrow and steep. No A/C. It was hot when we arrived but we were lucky a cool change came through in the evening and the room after that was comfortable

Customer services: Excellent! Despite our late arrival, the reception boy, Mathis, did not complain at all but patiently assist us to settle down.
Room: a wonderful sea-view room on the 2nd floor.
Location: the Inn is just within the fortress wall, easy access for shopping, restaurants.

Location is great. The hotel is intra-muros and right next to the historic rampart.
The building is poorly isolated, therefore very noisy. You can hear everything from the corridors to the room, and from other rooms. We were awaken several times during the night and early morning as other travelers got in/out and spoke out.
