Beautiful choice for a weekend in Saint-Malo

Very friendly staff. Perfect location. Beautiful building and decoration.

Some of the things in the room (minor ones) needed a bit of maintenance. E.g: In our room there was no lampshade, just the lightbulb hanging.

Lovely hotel in a great position

Great central location with good secure parking. Room was very nice,clean and comfortable. Good amenities. Staff were super. They were so welcoming and extremely helpful. They really were great. Didn’t make use of breakfast as had a very early departure.

Nice hotel in good location

Great location, comfortable rooms. Underground parking was very handy. The young man on reception when we arrived was very helpful.

The bar was closed at 10:30. Our boat was in late so we were expecting being able to get something to drink in the hotel. The breakfast was not worth 20Euro per person.

Fab location, price and check in was not ideal

The location is excellent

The check-in was very poor. One guy on his own with a queue of 3 people which took 40 mins. Breakfast could have more hot options. Price was quite expensive for what it was.

Comfortable, if not a little expensive, hotel with great rooms and great staff

The room had very good air conditioning and was a good size. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

No fitted bottom sheet so it kept moving. No air conditioning in the corridors or public areas. No plug for the sink which I found strange as it says it’s an eco-friendly hotel.

The best Breakfast!

Room was great, comfortable and clean. We were overlooking the square. Booked the sauna, had the sole use of it and the relaxation room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing! it surpassed my expectations. Green tea was loose leaf. Great choices of good quality local butters, cheeses, etc as well as all the the other things you would expect. really was the best hotel breakfast I have every had. (they also had a juicing station - didn't use it, just thought it was good to see)

A disappointing experience due to poor customer service

We arrived in exceptionally hot weather to find a fan in our room and the air conditioning not working. The window was closed and the room was like a sauna. As the hotel was full, staff could not find another room for us. What we didn’t like or appreciate was the attitude of staff and their failure to inform us or try to make us more comfortable. We had to insist that it was extremely uncomfortable in the room with a temperature of over 30 degrees and unbearable humidity before they conceded and offered us breakfast and a cocktail. They were well aware of the problem before our arrival and did nothing to ensure a comfortable stay for guests. On our insistance they offered a very small discount on our stay. Very disappointed with their customer service.

Located in centre of old town, with lots of bars and restaurants within easy reach. Outdoor and underground parking. Clean, well equipped and comfortable rooms.

Beautiful decor, friendly helpful staff, excellent choice for breakfasts including a small petit dejeuner which suits us, sited in the old town with nice shops and facilities

We asked to book a taxi for our return to the port but it was somehow omitted. We had to walk to the port with all our luggage

Great Location Modern Hotel with Good Food and Bar

Bed was comfortable. Good room size. Nice shower with fixed overhead and flexible fixtures. Bar and restaurant very good. Food was delicious. Staff is friendly, helpful and professional. A modern place with great interior design appeal. Comfortable areas on the main floor to relax and chill. Wonderful terraced patio in front with cushioned furniture, tables and umbrellas. Fitness center small but decent. Secure keycard system for doors and elevator. Safe in room. Really nice curtains on the windows and the windows opened. Lighting was sophisticated and appealing. Bathroom was clean and modern. Not huge, but bigger than most European hotel bathrooms. Nice toilet.

Shower door swung in and out and didn't retain shower water unless you set up the towel right up on it. Bathroom door was frosted glass and didn't afford privacy. The room did not have a dresser for clothes. The luggage stand shared space with a few coat hangers on a rack. No mini fridge.

Pleasant and relaxing

Location is perfect, inside the old town. The hotel is very new with very nice decoration and a cozy ambiance.

It is indicated that the hotel has a Gym. However, there are 3 old equipment inside a tiny room with no ventilation. This does not go with the level of the hotel. It is a pity! Also, hairdryer is very weak. A frigobar is missing in the room

Very good intra muros hotel

The hotel is located at the intra-muros city center in front of a nice small park, very near from one of the beaches walking distance from everywhere. Rooms were ver comfy and clean. I liked the bed and the bathroom shower. From train station you can take busses 1 or 2 to Intra Muros entrance and walk 400 m. Taxis are not easily available. Need to book in advance.

The breakfast was all right but lacked of variety of breads, fruits and cereals for a 4 stars hotel. The biggest issue was that at 9h30 all was mostly gone and waitresses took too long to refill. I had to ask the 3 mornings I stayed to please bring more cheese and bread and the small glasses of fruit salad they serve. The gym is inexistant.

Exceptional

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel, especially the staff. I booked this hotel because my teenage children’s boat was cancelled so they had to stay in St Malo for the night and get the early boat the next morning. The following morning when I realised they were still asleep 45 minutes before the boat was due to leave, I called the hotel, the staff not only called the room to wake them up for me, they even drove them to the harbour to avoid the 15 minute walk. Talk about exceptional kindness. I would definitely recommend this hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
