Very helpful staff and good communication before arrival. Rooms were small but well designed and equipped. Breakfast was generous and good value. Great location for exploring the old city.

The staff were so very helpful and accommodating. The location was amazing and although the hotel rooms are very small, it is a lovely old building with charm and very French which made the visit feel special. They had secure underground parking which as our car was packed ready for the ferry for the next morning was an amazing find and only 13 euros! Breakfast lovely and very good price.
What a find in the middle of the old town of St Malo - fabulous!
I think for an old building which felt very French I am not going to be critical of the size, if you want a modern hotel with air conditioning then this is not the place for you, but we loved it, and the people.

This hotel is like staying with family - it’s a cozy, friendly lodging. My room was comfortable, breakfast was good, and the location, close to the old city wall and the beach, is great. It’s a bit secluded from the tourist bustle.
