Staff were lovely and very helpful.
Rooms were good size with good facilities
Comfortable bed
Breakfast was nice
We stayed on the 4th floor in a superior room with 2 dogs. The floors were stained and very hairy under beds. Spoilt the feel of the room as we take blankets and dog beds to help keep a hotel room clean. Also had a chipped bathroom sink.
Place looked better in photos on booking. Com than what it was. Bit run down, could do with a clean up

Love the location- especially if you have a car- parking close by. Rooms were adequate- loved that the beds were full size singles. The shower was great! Easy to negotiate your way around the cite.
A little tight for space for two friends sharing- weird pillows

Great location to get into the main town, nice and quiet hotel and the staff were very helpful when checking in
The only issue we had was that on the day we stayed there was an event on and it was impossible to actually drive down to the hotel so after about an hour we had to ride our motorbikes down a pedestrian path and a one way street to get to the hotel.
Not the hotels fault but I do think they could have communicated this through the app or via email to us which would have been very helpful.

The bed was extremely comfortable & the location great. Receptionists were very pleasant
The decor was very dreary (dark green) walls throughout the hotel. Although it was a superior room the bathroom was lacking in several areas, mirror over the toilet & not the sink plus extremely small
