Comfortable well located and easy to park!

Great location so easy to park in their spacious garage which fits large modern cars! Nice easy walk by the sea to the old town , lovely room and the hotel team were friendly welcoming and helpful. We will return

Lovely hotel shame about the air conditioning not working.

Very clean good sized room with balcony. Lovely welcoming staff and delicious breakfast with beautiful view of the sea and beach.

Air conditioning did not work and took ages to drop from 26 to 23 degrees. Thank goodness with weather was not boiling hot. They need to get this seen to.

A magical seaside stay with unforgettable views, space to unwind, and a cheeky seagull for company.

The location was perfect, right on the seafront and just a short walk to the walled city. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, with a huge and most comfortable bed and plenty of space for a toddler crib without feeling cramped. We especially loved the view from our balcony overlooking the sea; it was so peaceful to watch the ebb and flow of the tides and the people passing by. We also had daily visits from a curious goéland who would join us for breakfast or stare at us during apéro—he became a funny little part of our routine.

There was a lingering smell in the bathroom after it was cleaned—possibly from the products used—which wasn’t very pleasant. The bathroom itself could also benefit from a refresh to match the comfort of the rest of the room.

Super stay at this lovely hotel overlooking the sea.

Enjoyed our stay in this lovely hotel located by the sea in St Malo. The room was very comfortable and stylish with a great view. We ate in the restaurant which was good and again has a lovely view. All the staff we met were helpful and friendly. Good garage parking for the car.

Great location but the hotel felt dark and old

Location is great

Hotel looked and felt dark, heavy and old. Air-conditioning in one of our two rooms was switching on and off by itself. Felt like there was not enough air in one of the rooms. We told the reception but they failed to fix it..

The location was perfect, the view from our room was amazing, the room was spacious and beautiful, the parking garage was no problem for our X5, and the staff were all super friendly.

Superb location very near shopping and sights - nice breakfast and great coffee

The heated toilet seat wouldn’t turn off even though I asked for someone to fix it - breakfast was a bit limited

Could and will stay longer next time, my hotel of choice when I visit st malo

Bar was cool, spa pool was also nice. Checkout time was good, staff excellent. View from the bar outstanding, friendly and attentive service without being in your face. Very quiet room location.

I can’t think of anything really. Towels were too harsh as my girlfriend has sensitive skin, but this is me being ultra picky. Steam room wasn’t working.

A first class facility in every way. Be sure and get a room with a view! Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Great place in a beautiful location.

This place costs top dollar. We would have liked to have dined in the restaurant but they could not accomodate us.

We didn't get 2 twin beds per room, which was not as comfortable as sleep alone.

The location of the hotel is super and the rooms are okay too. There is a spacious parking underneath the hotel.

The quality of the staff is so so. When we checked in there was no one at the reception and in the restaurant was no English speaking waiter. They even got pissed because we could not communicate in French. We skipped the dessert. A big fail for hospitality! Not a place to return to.
