Great for an overnight stop.

The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. We came off the ferry from Guernsey at 21:30 and were in our room 15 minutes later. It was perfect for an overnight stop before continuing our drive to Germany the next day. We wanted to be on our way by 7:00 the next day.

If only the only ferry from Guernsey was a morning crossing we could have spent the day visiting St Malo which apparently is a beautiful historic walled city. The area around the hotel appeared ugly and dull in the night. But maybe that's to be expected in the immediate vicinity of the port.

Just enough for me to get a nice and comfortable stay.

My room was spacious and clean. Tghe breakfast was sufficient for me.

In the suite, I could not put the light on in the sofa area where I left my suitcase because the lamp was not working or probably broken.

Great place to stay

This hotel is great, it is close to the port and to the city. The beds are comfortable and the rooms clean. There is underground parking at the hotel which is secure. Breakfast is good.

There is no fridge or air conditioning in the room.

a quick overnight stay before a ferry crossing. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

It was a beautiful room, exceptional clean and tidy. The staff were very pleasant. Parking was straightforward and very reasonable.

It was a bit of a hike into town, not helped by the bad weather, hardly the hotels fault but, you can't always count on the weather.

The bedding has a plastic cover underneath the sheet. This makes it uncomfortable to sleep as it gets too hot. I’ve noticed this on a number of occasions I’ve stayed at the hotel. I suggest remove the plastic sheet and let the bed breathe.

Good welcome, room ideal for our needs. Breakfast was very good. Location perfect for ferry port at St Malo. Car parking was secure.

Carpet in our room was not very clean. There were lots of dogs staying in the hotel - we hope they stay in rooms set aside for dogs but this made us think “maybe not”. Car parking was a bit expensive but worth while.

We only stayed over night as we arrived late taking a ferry from Guernsey to St Malo.

Superb location for getting to the harbour first thing in the morning for an early boat, literally 2 mins away. Secure parking but limited and an additional cost!

Far too expensive for what it is, also, the rooms are boiling in summer as they don't have air conditioning. The hotel calls itself 'Styles' but it is very basic. Atrocious wifi too, see picture and we were only on the first floor.

Very clean and within walking distance of the Intra Muros. Receptionist spoke perfect English and was pleasant and helpful. Decent breakfast. Secure garage parking if required. Also outside parking if preferred.

Disaster

Didn't answer at the door and didn't answer on the phone. No way to contact the staff forced to find an alternative hotel with my son, that was not well, at 23:00 .No phone or message received the fallowing day but they used my credit card to pay for the not staying at the hotel.

Getting a sleep on the ferry as I had a very bad night at this hotel

The mattress on the bed was a disgrace it was only about 3 inches thick and kept rolling off the mattress underneath. So I had a very bad night’s sleep. It was a good job I only had a short drive to the ferry. Any longer and I could have fallen asleep driving. There is not really any place to park accept to pay 13 euros for underground parking which I did. The cost to me of 208 euros I did not consider value for money.

The hotel was full with people who were booked on the early ferry to Jersey. Breakfast was being served early from 05.30, when we came down at 05.35 the buffet had been cleared so very little left.
