Functional clean room with a comfortable bed and a walk in shower. For an overnight stay and an early morning getaway it was ideal. About a 15/20 minute walk into the walled city of St Malo.

Very very very small room for 3 people. Only one pillow and one bath towel per person, no hand towels. Toilet and sink smelled like urine, bit over all the room was clean. Breakfast was good enough. 15 minute walk to a local train station, 25-minute walk to Intra Muros, 10-minute walk to local Carrefour store. No restaurants nearby.

Reasonable price for a good room with shower. Good breakfast, good service. Bad was the smell of paint, even with an open window. There is no restaurant nearby. Traffic outside can be noisy.

we turned up at hotel it was closed due to major brake downdown so had to book in ibis hotel in village at 110 euros a night we had paid 55euros to stop there we are pensioners and have very little money very sad end to holiday after traveling all that way there there was sign on door but very had to read and made no sense pleaase contact me to sort this out dave

Saint-Malo is a pearl on the coast of Britany. I chose this hotel for good value for money and free parking around. Since it is a small town all is in walkable distance so not a problem. The hotel is basic but well maintained, clean, decent breakfast and seemed to be recently updated on decor and furniture. Wifi worked well.

This was a one night stopover and we’re glad it wasn’t any longer. The hotel is definitely ‘budget’ although we did pay £150 for a family room with bfast and parking so not really cheap. The rooms are tired, AC old & noisy, bathroom very small & not the cleanest. Staff were friendly & helpful.

Parking was a challenge but the breakfast was wonderful. Also there were very little places to eat nearby so we had a salad from the petrol station nearby. There is machine in the lobby of the hotel that you can get a meal from that you can microwave but the person who checked us in didn't tell us and we didn't find it until the next morning

Ibis hotel corresponds to offer what you expect from it. The rooms are enough for a short stay, the bathroom is spacious and clean. The breakfast has the most you can want in a eurpean hotel, with a budget price.

While the staff were friendly (except for one lady at the front desk) the Hotel was just Too Cheap With no comfort. The rooms all have a bunk bed which is odd. The mattress is the cheapest on the market, scratchy but clean bedding, cheapest small thin, rough towels and for two people only two towels and two small tiny thin pillows. The rooms are a drab ugly green and the hall carpets really heavily stained and need replacing. Across from the hospital but NOTHING else nearby. It’s a long ugly walk to Actually get to Saint-Malo and apparently taxis don’t like to service that area we were told so we walked to and from town every trip for five days. It is not at all worth staying here. The breakfast was fine for most, the gentleman working was I very friendly and helpful. I’m celiac so not many options but that’s always the way. C’est La Vie! Why a budget hotel has to be extremely uncomfortable is strange, it should be comfortable but small without frills. I would not stay here or recommend it.

A basic hotel that was clean and tidy, the breakfast was pleasant in a bright clean room. The hotel was a short walk from Saint-Malo, but we are happy with this. We paid for secure parking, and this was across the street in a small but large spaced carpark. Saint-Malo, is a lovely place to visit and wander around.
