Location great. Friendly helpful staff

Bathroom facilities- small, no heating therefore cold, shower cramped, leaked and flooded bathroom (reported) Towels small. Room not very spacious.

Nice relaxing break

Large spacious room. Early check-in was accommodated as we arrived early on a ferry. Used the hotel bar as it was raining one of our days. Really nice breakfast

The hotel is a 'good' walk from the old town. If we were to go to St Malo again we would probably choose a hotel closer to the town/ ferry.

The location of the hotel and the staff.

Our first room was not good, the curtains were falling down, the stairs were not completely safe and there was a rare smell at the terras but we communicated this with the staff and we received a new room.

Overall satisfactory

Location, cleanliness was very good. View is poor into between the buildings. I have not had breakfast.

Staff refused to provide extra milk pots for my coffee. That was appalling. View also not good. I feel price should have been a bit less.
