Host was very nice and friendly. Easy to communicate with. Appt clean. Good place for a quick overnight stay.

The neighbours are very noisy at all times of the day (an even night). Impossible to sleep without earplugs. Otherwise - all was good.

Toller Aufenthalt, war sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und vor allem mit der Betreuung.

Zentrale Lage. Cristina hat gleich nach der Buchung Kontakt mit mir aufgenommen und hat sich um alle offenen Fragen/Themen sehr gut kümmert. Jederzeit wieder, tolle Lage von der aus Ausflüge in alle Richtungen unternommen werden können.

Alles in Ordnung. Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen. Rundherum sehr zufrieden.

Super soba za ugodan boravak

Vesela i susretljiva domaćica Cristina, dobili smo upute za boravak i što posjetit u gradu. Laka i ugodna komunikacija porukama. Smještaj se nalazi blizu glavnog kolodvora, u vrlo mirnoj ulici, parking možete naći na obližnjim ulicama. Uredna soba, klima uređaj, dostupni ručnici različitih veličina i sapun. Preporuka!

Bardzo miła obsługa , dostałam pakiet informacji zanim sama zaczęłam szukać w necie . Blisko do dworca . Bardzo czysto, świeżo odremontowane , bardzo spokojna okolica i blisko do centrum , restauracji . W pokoju jest lodówka i pełne wyposażenie łazienki , dodatkowo słodkości i dodatki . Bardzo miłe gesty . Dodatkowo udało nam się zgrać z właścicielką i dostaliśmy check in o godz 12 , jak przyjechaliśmy co nam znacznie ułatwiło dalsze zwiedzanie .

Parking jest , ale trzeba szukać po ulicach w okolicy albo przy stacji pociągu . Parking płatny co nie jest dla nas problemem, ale nie wiem jakie są szanse znaleść w sezonie miejsce. Nam się udało dość sprawnie i sobotę rano . B.Wysoki parter , trochę miałam obawy zostawić otwarte okno na noc .

Very clean. Had all the facilities we needed. Very easy check in. Had tea, coffee, drinks and some snacks and toiletries all included. Also had breakfast vouchers. Very convenient location close to the train. Cristina was very helpful during our stay.

Exceptional

The apartment is well located, so close to the train station as well as to the port. The room is well equipped we had a very nice stay there, and Cristina is the best host ever. We stayed in touch through the whole stay, she was helping to us, suggesting local restaurants to try and recommended trips. It was hard to say goodbye, but we are sure that once we will return back to La Spezia, we won’t choose any other place, only Mare dentro rooms. Good choice if you want to stay in this city and discover Cinque Terre.

Excellent!

Where to begin! This place exceeded my expectations. The owner is so nice and accommodating and she went above and beyond. She gave us directions, travel tips and restaurant recommendations without us even asking her. She even made reservations at a restaurant for us. The place is clean and has wifi. The location is good (under 10 min walk to the station). We were given vouchers for breakfast at the tabaggi closeby and the pistachio croissants were amazing! Highly recommend staying here! If we ever come back to la Spezia we would def stay here!

I felt really comfortable in my room, everything was super clean! Cristina sent me a lot of helpful information regarding my stay and was all in all really warm and nice. Staying here was a highlight on my backpacking trip, I even recommended the place to people in a hostel I stayed in, later on.

Awesome, great location! Highly recommend!

The room was super clean and comfortable, and it was in a PERFECT location. Everything was modern and very clean, the shower was great, they provided shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and everything you may need. Plus the water and snacks on arrival were very much appreciated. The host was really helpful and checked in on me to make sure I had everything I needed. She also gave me recommendations on places to eat. It was super easy to find and self check in and very convenient to access the train station. I highly recommend staying here if you want to go to Cinque Terre, because it’s very easy to get to all of the towns. As a solo female traveler, I really felt comfortable staying here. Plus it was nice to have the coupon for an Italian breakfast at the friendly cafe down the street. Overall it was a wonderful experience, I wish all of my stays could be as amazing as this one! 11/10!

Superb

The property is very close to La Spezia train station so an easy walk each morning to visit the villages of Cinque Terre. The room had air-conditioning, a comfortable bed and a nice hot shower. I had the breakfast option so each morning I had a voucher for an Italina breakfast at a nearby cafe of coffee and focaccia/croissant I didn't actually meet my host, everything was done on whatsapp but it went very smoothly. She offered to change my sheets and towels daily but as we know this is a waste of water I suggested to change once in my 4 night stay would be adequate

Modern and clean rooms, just a short walk from the train station and the center of La Spezia. Breakfast is very authentic in a bar nearby. Cristiana is a really friendly and helpful host who gave us good tips for the area.

We could hear a lot through the walls of the room, it was a bit noisy at times (also because of a building site next door, which can happen of course). Parking was a bit stressful.

The airbnb is perfect for cinque terre visits. It's 2min to the train station, 15 min to the center. There are cheap parking spots on the street directly in the front.

Cristiana (the owner) is the so sweet and kind. I was traveling alone and she helped me a lot and was so easy to “work” with. Walking distance to everything and Cristiana helped out with busses to different beach locations. The room seems very recently renovated, fresh & clean.

Small things, “Italian breakfast” for a Scandinavian person is not really a good match (I think I expected more). The toilet chair was lose. It’s a very strong smell from cleaning spray or something, not good for a person with migraine.

Excellent thoughtful host. Well located at walking distance from city center and railway station. Very clean and tidy, comfortable. Thoughtful equipped.

Parking nearby might be difficult (but worked out). You can’t leave the windows open during the night as the train will make too much noise (AC works properly)

The host Cristiana got in touch with me 2 days before out check-in to confirm the arrival time thru whatapp. Walk to the room from the railway station was barely 10-12 mins. Her colleague Roberto was at the door waiting for us exactly as decided. The check-in was absolutely smooth. Room was sparkling clean, looks newly done up. Bed was comfortable. Descent storage space. Bottle of water was provided on arrival. Bathroom was perfect & Wifi worked without issues. Breakfast was provided in a cafe barely 50 steps from the room. Coffee/Tea and croissant (couple of choices) was brilliant. Stop for the bus to Portovenere (must see) was a 2 mins walk and Cinque Terre was easily accessible thru the train station. Plenty of departmental stores and restaurants within 5 mins walk. Definitely an Ideal location to stay. Cristiana was always available on phone for any information and she is super helpful. Excellent customer service & lovely property - highly recommend.
