Stunning place to visit for couples!

This Property needs a excellent review, I travel around the world quite frekvently so I have many things to compare to! reminds me like a Maladives in the mountians! Stuff very nice and welcoming,( dealt with Robert at the bar and Andrew the manager both were fantastic! Fooood absolutely awesome ( Deer Cheeks to die for), Half a board is pleanty for the stay! Just get a good bottle of Wine! ( They have great selections). Breakfest is kick ass! Almost no kids, and they allow dogs, which all dogs were very well handled! This is Ski-in- Ski-out place! Two clean pools, one large Whirpool, Cold plunge and 4 Saunas from 45c to 95c , Cave-bombastic with constant 40c and 4 large rest areas that people just sleep, read or just enjoying the view! All Saunas are Male-Female all naked, but no-one gives you a grief if you keep towel around. The place has a great magic, since experince in construction filed, I must say they spend some money on quality of the work and great maintenance inside out and even great garden! This is a place you must visit more then once, becase second time you have something to look foward to! Cheers from Chicago!

I found one negative, small Gym! Only one multi-unit for men to work with and no weights. They do have large Yoga room but no mats at the time of our visit.

Lovely stay, truly a beautiful property in the middle of a beautiful area

Beautiful, relaxing, clean, something truly unique.

1 or 2 staff not quite friendly which goes against the property values (seemed frustrated to help me). Dinner was confusing at first, as first time seeing buffet mixed with pre-determined menu (wasn’t explained to me and wasn’t sure what I was allowed to eat and not eat, only realized later it was part of the dinner offering). Not a negative but a comment: Not sure if I received an email on this (don’t think I did) but make sure to set up transportation to get there. I got there by train and got lucky to find a taxi at the station. The hotel I’m sure will happily pick you up, I just didn’t know there wouldn’t be many taxis there at the station I used (it was very small)

Perfect view with mountains. Love the wellness area and the checkin area, very nice decoration and views. food and wine is very good! we love the kaiserschmarrn, which was the best we've ever had!!! room is big and clean. services are also nice and friendly, and hotel looks quite new actually. they also provided some activities like yoga for guests. In general very relaxing hotel for vacation, way beyond my expectation!

One of the best Hotels in Austria!

Everything about this location is exceptional! Starting with the staff who were extremely nice and helpful with a great spirit and joy, amenities and facilities, gourmet food, the Feuerbar which organized on the Easter week-end an amazing BBQ. Spa facilities were great and with high services and treatments. You could feel that this business is run with the love for the team, property and customers!

The hotel and the rooms were all great and lived up to expectations (i.e. the online pictures). My wife loved the spa area. Overall great service at the hotel; very flexible and kind staff.

Having booked the stay with half board, it would have been an ideal option to be able to eat at the hotel's other restaurant (not sure if it had a name) as well. It has a much more fun and exciting atmosphere (compared to the more formal dinner at the hotel's main restaurant).

amazing! just amazing! the location is sooo good that you will enjoy the view from balcony soo much! I requested the city view room and luckily was available which made my staying very memorable. they even have taxi service to take u to city and the staff were so helpful that they arranged to take me to city to buy dinner! loved the place and would like to go back again. the attractions are nearby and the there is place for hiking too!

the road is very narrow while getting to the place if u r driving be aware about this, but it is worth it as u will forget this scary part after reaching the hotel

Wanderlust

Both the location overlooking Bad Hofgastein and the amazing view of the mountains surrounding the hotel are breathtaking. The heated pools, the numerous chill areas, the food and the very friendly restaurant staff make this place one that you‘ll want to come back over and over again. The surrounding mountains are perfect for all kinds of adventures and their beauty is out of this world.

The basic rooms are not very cosy, but you won‘t be spending much time indoors anyways.
