Pleasant stay with friendly staff right in the city center

A very pleasant stay, with a tidy and quite spacious room and very friendly staff. Entry to the Alpentherme is free from the day of arrival to the day of departure.

Highly recommend the property for a stay in Bad Hofgastein

Excellent! Perfect location, wonderful breakfast and very nice staff. The added benefit of the Alpentherme being included in the rate was definitely a plus.

My bed was very uncomfortable, the mattress was really hard, could not sleep well.

Excellent location and excellent accomodations.

Everything was as advertised. The staff contacted me directly to confirm my arrival time and to ask if I had any needs that night. It would be difficult to find a better location.

The bathroom shower could be a bit bigger, and could use some non slip tape.

Great location if you are in Hof Gastein for the Alpentherme or for restaurants-Not the best comfort

Good breakfast. Spacy rooms. Friendly staff. Very close to many good restaurants. Nice little village for walks. Free parking is good, but a little scarce.

Our room was too cold. There was insufficient light shielding, so we woke up from the light. Very poor sound proofing, we woke up when someone walked past the door and could hear what other guests did. There was food leftovers/trash left in the fridge when we checked in. Limited parking, we had to park at a neighbouring hotel despite being promised there would be parking.

Excellent localisation in middle of Bad Hofgastein, two big terraces facing south/west, close to Excellent Alpen Therme ( free of charge) and just walking distance 300 meter to lift Schlossalm

Wonderful!

Breakfast was yummy, very friendly personnel, very nice and spacious rooms/apartment. The biggest pro for us was that we could go to the thermen everyday after skiing :-)

We thought by looking to the pictures that the lounge area and breakfast area would have been a bit more livelier and that we could meet other guests or take a drink or a book in the evening, but the pension is more like really nice apartments with a breakfast service. Nothing wrong with this, but if you're looking to wind down with a drink in the lounge this is not the place ;-)

Awesome room when travelling as a group of three people.

The room was very spacious and super clean. The balcony was huge and the view stunning. The check in very fast and uncomplicated. Breakfast offer was big and very delicious. Parking was simply possible at site. The owners were friendly and helpful. Great place to stay.

Было немного холодно в номере. При выселении взяли еще 5,8 евро (я не поняла за что, какой-то сбор).

Das Haus Mühlbacher ist ein toller familiengeführter Betrieb in dem viel Liebe steckt.

Man fühlt sich sofort gut aufgehoben, herzlicher Empfang, sehr freundlicher und liebevoll geführter Familienbetrieb. Gleich am Tag der Ankunft, wird man sehr herzlich begrüsst und hat sofort ein gutes Gefühl. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und hat ausgezeichnet geschmeckt. Das Frühstückspersonal ist extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Auswahl einwandfrei. Man merkt bei der Teeauswahl und bei den verfügbaren Säften das man sich sehr viel überlegt hat. Es gibt neben Orangensaft, auch Karotten und rote Rübensaft. Das Müslibuffett lässt keine Wünsche offen, der Kaffee schmeckt sehr gut und die frischen Croissants waren ausgezeichnet. Die Lage hat uns sehr angesprochen, ca. 5 Gehminuten von der Alpentherme entfernt liegt das Haus Mühlbacher wunderschön an der Kurpromenade mit herrlichem Blick auf die gasteiner Berglandschaft. Liebevoll gestalteter Garten, Parkplätze und hauseigene Radon Thermal Wanne, infrarotkabine und Sauna erfreuen den Gast zusätzlich. Hinzu kommt das die Zimmer täglich unfassbar sauber sind. Räder kann man sich bei den Mühlbachers auch ausborgen, um Badhofgastein und die schöne Umgebung erkunden.

Es gab nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat, nichts zu bemängeln.

Frühstück war super alles was das Herz begehrt, man wurde auch nach ev. extra Wünsche gefragt. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super Zentral, man kann das Auto für die Zeit des Aufenthaltes auf dem Parkplatz stehen lassen. Also alles gesamt sehr entspannte Tage und ruhige Nächte. Einfach super
