Fab location

Lovely room, Mary was so welcoming and gave us information about the area. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was excellent everything was in walking distance attractions and station. Restaurants in the area were excellent. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for a great stay.

Perfect Pisa apartment

Fantastic location, lovely newly refurbished apartment in a residential block. Walking distance of all the main attractions and plenty of restaurants all within walking distance. About 12 min walk from train station and 10 mins on Pizmover from the airport. Perfect location.

Unique view in a modern room

We were warmly welcomed by Mary when we checked in. We liked how spacious and modern the room was, it was clearly newly renovated. There were electronic and manual blinds which can effectively dim the room. The views from the room were amazing, you are able to see the mountains in a distance in combination with the old buildings of Pisa. It felt truly tranquil living in this property.

We had a double bed that was a little too low and close to the floor. Walls are thin and you can hear a lot of sounds from other guests.

The apartment is beautifully decorated and very very clean. The view from the room is amazing and location fantastic.

The hallway to the apartment unfortunately we felt let the apartment down somewhat. No reflection on the room at all, and I suppose it is perhaps managed by the building owner not the owner of the property, but it was a shame staying in such a beautiful apartment when the communal hallways needed some attention.

Perfect stay for a weekend in Pisa!

We had an amazing stay here over a weekend visit to Pisa! Very short drive from the airport to the property. Easy walking to all of Pisa’s landmarks from here. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable. Loved the view from the window. Bathroom was modern and clean. Extremely friendly hosts and great communication, thank you so much Vito and Roberto - you went above and beyond at helping us get back to the airport and kept our bags after check out due to a later flight. Would definitely stay again if we return to Pisa :)

Excellent location and really nice room, just unfortunately quite hot!

Great location, very modern room with private bathroom in a two bedroom B&B apartment and a lovely host. We arrived later than expected, and kept in contact with them which they accomodated. Make sure to keep in contact with them though as they have to let you into the B&B - so stick to the 7pm latest check in if you can.

The only fault was that Pisa was in a heatwave (really not the lovely owners fault!) - so the room was incredibly hot on arrival as it wasn't turned on. I don't think the air conditioner in the room is big enough for the space. The room was easily 30+ degrees inside on arrival and took a long time to get remotely cool (and on night two it was still quite hot). Only really an issue with the serious heat Pisa was having right now.

Super clean and modern, really spacious and in a good location. Owner was so lovely, we got in really late and he was nice enough to wait up for us and show us the flat!

Lovely!

Fantastic location, lovely staff & felt very secure in the building. The staff even let us in early to drop off our bags which was a bonus. The bed was comfortable and we even had a small balcony overlooking beautiful Pisa! Just perfect!

Maybe could be cleaned a little better. Hairs in the bed. Dust on the walls. But we appreciate it is probably a quick turnaround.

Perfect accommodation for 5 days in beautiful Pisa

Location was amazing, 15 minute walk from the train station and 10 minute walk to main attractions. We were met at the accommodation by Mary, who was wonderful - she recommended us the best places to eat and drink during our stay, and her recommendations were brilliant!

A superb apartment with stunning view over Pisa.

Everything! The location was superb and the view from the balcony was amazing. The apartment was modern, very spacious and well-equipped. Mary met us in person and took the time and trouble to go through everything with us and gave us plenty of local recommendation. would definitely book again.

Perfect for a Pisa stopover.

Perfect location for exploring, very modern , spacious and clean apartment.

The front door entry system buzzes rather loudly when activated. This did disturb us from our room a couple of times.

Perfect place to stay in Pisa

Location was perfect - 15 min walk to the train station, and 15 min walk to the main sightseeings (like Pisa Tower). There are a lot of restaurants and cafes just around the corner. The room was clean, new, modern, and we had a beautiful city view from the window. The host was very helpful, friendly, and hospitable. Everything was great.

Romantic room with a view in a perfect location

Wow. Incredible room! Totally undersold on here. You can see the leaning tower of pisa from the balcony which we didn’t even realise until we got there! Mary was so lovely and gave us an amazing restaurant recommendation too.

The only downside is that we didn’t stay longer!!! No complaints at all.

The room was gorgeous and the staff were lovely. The location is also convenient as it’s only a 15 minute walk from the train station and a 10 minute walk to the leaning tower.

Great stay, only minor faults, and thats me being harsh!

Central, modern and clean. Hosts were lovely. Nothing much bad to say at all! Free water stocked in the communal fridge. Its a great place to stay and I would stay there again.

Just a few points: Air Con went off in the middle of the night for both our nights stay, so it got a bit hot before it came back on. (Max 1hr I reckon). The main door key is a bit fiddly - think its potentially a complex/building wide issue. Walls are a bit thin so you can hear your neighbours slightly, but other than that it was great! :D
