It was a great location within walking distance to everything (15mins). Room was a good size with plenty hangers for clothes. Good bathroom with a great shower. Blackout shutters and good air con. We also accidentally left headphones and the host very quickly posted them back for us! Great service! Host was easy to reach on WhatsApp and very helpful with a lot of information/recommendations.
Nothing really but maybe better check in instructions but quickly resolved with prompt WhatsApp messages

Only 10/15 minute walk from the train station. Roberto greeted us on arrival despite it being 11.30pm! The most welcoming & kind host, showed us around and sat with us to talk about pisa and best places to go etc. apartment very clean and so well equipped. Highly recommend

The double room with balcony was spacious for 2 people. The room had the essentials needed for a great stay.

A lovely welcome from the host, provided lots of info and things to do in the city. Allowed us to drop our bags earlier than check in time also. The shared kitchen, though we only used it for water was clean and well presented. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy.
Only fault with the room was the mould in the bathroom. There was no extractor fan so I suppose it’s inevitable until one is put it. Wasn’t awful, but was more there than you’d like for a night away.
