Pleasant stay in Florence!

The property was perfect, have a complete kitchen, a wash machine, refrigerator, the bed is comfortable, shower is good! The staff was very kind!

Nothing, the location is not that close to the historic center but the tram is very close and 5 min to get to the historic center.

It was a nice 1 bedroom apartment with you need. It was 5 minutes walking distance from the tram station and a major grocery. It was in a very convenient location at the same time it was very quiet because it didn't have much traffic of people. There's a designated parking spot for the unit.

there's a drunken neighbor who was arguing for half an hour at 10:30 at night. After 3 days they were loudly talking in the public at 12:30 AM. As long as you close the bathroom door you cannot hear anything from them.

Comfortable and clean

Apartment is comfortable, clean and has everything you need. Everything matches description and photos on booking. A check-in arrangement with the host was very simple. Tram station is 5 minutes walk, then about 15-20 min with tram to S. Maria Novella.

Good place to stay. But not great one either..

Good place to stay.. Apartment is on ground floor, so easy to access parking and no need to carry luggage on stairs or lift. Spacious place.

Slightly away from city. Owner is sometimes not reachable on phone. You have everything you need. But in an event to contact him for something the call was unanswered, also didnt get a call back. The staff from cleanbnb greets you.

Proximity to tram line that connects with city center. Parking in front of the flat. Good WiFi signal.

Overall look of the flat. It’s a bit old both equipment, furnitures etc. Windows are on the level of ground floor parking with cars parking one meter from them so if You want to have a privacy You need to close the external rollets and then it’s a bit dark inside.. Air condition especially in the bedroom works very loud - it was difficult to sleep.

Location - close to tram going directly to city centre. Parking directly in front of accommodation.

Accommodation hade to started at 17.00. It was confirmed by booking and even by owners email. When we arrived, nobody was there. Repeatedly I called (14x) and wrote SMS and e-mail . Finally, after 1 hour, owner answered and he lied about arrival awaited at 21.00. He put us inside at 19.30. We waited before for 2.5 hours. No sorry, no regrets, nothing. Another complaints - too soft beds, noise from flat above. Not working clima remote control.

place ok, staff unbelievably rude

the location is amazing , close to the train station, to the city center, it is perfect. the place is nice enough, but very humid as is everything in Florence

the staff was horrible . bothered me incessantly about doing the check in online (that is their job, not mine ) about paying the city tax ahead of time , threatened to cancel my reservation if I didn’t do it right the second he wanted even though I was on tour , and then we agreed on a meeting time for check in and he didn’t show at the time . pretended for us to wait until 8 pm . terrible

Nic, kompletnie nic. No może poza lokalizacją, która nie jest zła i to nas skusiło.

Gospodarz to typ zuchwalca co traktuje ludzi jak intruzów, a nie gości, nie odbiera telefonu, nie oddzwania. W apartamencie syf, wszędzie pająki i komary, w łazience w brodziku pleśń i grzyb, strasznie niewygodne łóżka, w kuchni łóżko co trzeszczy okropnie i prawie się składa samo jak na nie siadasz. Zero kapsulki do zmywarki czy płynu do naczyń. My trafiliśmy na zmywarkę, z której buchnął taki smród jakby coś tam zdechło, a okazało się, że poprzedni goście nie mając kapsulki wstawili ją na mycie samą wodą. Jak można się domyślać naczynia się nie domyły i wszystko skisło w środku. Dzieci brzydziły się dotknąć czegokolwiek. Parking następny dramatt. Pod takim kątem ostrym, że trzeba podkładać cegły pod koła żeby samochód się nie stoczył. Toatalna porażka i odradzamy wszystkim ceniącym choć trochę ład i porządek

És un apartament bastant complet i amb parking

L'apartament té una mica de tot, però després coses molt bàsiques com una escombreta del vàter no hi són. L'apartament està ple de mosquits. Cert és que per problemes de trànsit, vam arribat tard a la hora prevista per al check-in, però no crec que això justifiqui l'absència de tracte per part de l'amfitrió, que ens va fer una recepció de menys d'un minut, i al fer una consulta, mai vam rebre resposta, quedant-nos sense calefacció.

firenze è stupenda ma l'alloggio faceva pena

l'alloggio non è fatto per 4 persone ma anche fossimo stati in 2 sarebbe stato sgradevole il nostro soggiorno , abbiamo fatto dormire i ragazzi nella camera matrimoniale in quanto il divano letto aveva la rete sfondata ,mancavano dei pezzi ed era scomodissimo, abbiamo messo il materasso per terra per poter dormire ma cmq non abbiamo dormito , uno dei cuscini era composto da due cuscini del divano dentro una fodera, l'alloggio era infestato dalle zanzare e infatti sui muri ce n'erano molte schiacciate dai precedenti ospiti , le stoviglie erano poche e non per 4 persone, poche posate ( cucchiaino ce n'era uno solo), la pentola per la pasta abbiamo dovuto farla acquistare dal gestore delle chiavi, come anche il sapone dei piatti che doveva essere compreso ma era finito , il gabinetto era sporco già al nostro arrivo e mancava lo scopino quindi era impossibile pulirlo, la doccia piena di muffa e calcare , nella cucina dove cmq abbiamo dormito c'era luce anche di notte perchè i lampioni del cortile puntavano verso l'alloggio e non essendoci tende nulla si poteva fare ,la camera da letto era grande con materasso abbastanza comodo ma i cuscini erano pessimi . Il ragazzo che gestiva la consegna delle chiavi è stato molto disponibile infatti non lo reputo responsabile ma l'alloggio è da rivedere totalmente sopratutto se si paga così tanto.

Logement spacieux près du tramway et agréable

Le fait de pouvoir entrer un petit peu avant car nous sommes arrivés plus tôt, la place de parking, la place dans la pièce principale, le dressing gigantesque, la salle de bain plutôt spacieuse, la cuisine équipée, le lave-linge après une bonne semaine, l'accueil, le tramway est relativement près et le centre commercial à côté

Pas de brosse à toilette, un peu de nettoyage à faire sur les joints de la salle de bain, le lit un peu fatigué même avec la proximité du tramway un peu loin du centre-ville donc considérez ce choix

Parfait pour notre séjour

L' appartement est géré par une société de location d'appartements, et non par un particulier. 8 jours avant, on vous contacte par mail pour procéder à l' enregistrement et au paiement des taxes de séjour (ça se fait via un site) 24 à 36 heures avant, la personne qui vous accueillera prend contact pour convenir de l' heure d' arrivée, on a ses coordonnées ce qui est pratique pour signaler un retard (nous, on arrivait en voiture). Les points positifs : - une place de parking dédiée pour la voiture (place 1622) = emplacement dans une résidence fermée -appartement propre et fonctionnel : Micro-ondes, four, plaque de cuisson (gaz), frigo + petit congélateur, Lave-vaisselle, Lave-linge, bouilloire, grille-viande (qui nous a servi de grille-pain), vaisselle pour 4, Télévision (que des chaines italiennes), Wi Fi, 4 chaises et une table -Centre commercial proche, vers San Donato - Bien chauffé ( il fait froid, à Noël..) en collectif -Proche du centre-ville historique : accès facile via le Tramway ligne 2, arrêt San Donato à quelques minutes à pied -Draps et serviettes fournis, ainsi que échantillons de savons et gels douche (comme à l' hôtel) -beaucoup de rangements (grande armoire avec cintres, commode) -c' est conforme au descriptif détaillé sur Booking et aux photos présentées

-La qualité de la literie est plutôt mauvaise ! pour le grand lit de la chambre, matelas assez mou... et pour le canapé convertible du salon, matelas fin et mou sur un sommier fatigué = convient pour de jeunes enfants. -la résidence est en bord de rivière (un affluent de l'Arno) donc c' est très humide -Pas ou peu de condiments pour la cuisine, si vous en avez besoin pour cuisiner prévoyez d'en amener (pas d'huile, juste un peu de sel et un flacon de vinaigre,rien d' autre) -pas ou peu de produits ménagers, juste un peu de liquide vaisselle et 2 vieilles éponges -La cabine de douche est très petite, mais nous ça ne nous a pas génés
