Cómodo y servicial.
El apartamento es amplio y cómodo. Tiene un Lidl cerca, y una pizzería muy rica (Pizza Man). La cocina está bastante completa de utensilios. Las camas son cómodas. Y el detalle es muy bonito, pero no lo indico para que sea sorpresa para los que se alojen allí.
La zona está un poco retirada del centro de Florencia, hay que coger tranvía. La zona es un poco sombría, no me gustó mucho. El apartamento está en una planta baja, la ventana del salón da a la calle y la gente pasa muy cerca de la ventana.

Die Tram war relativ gut zu erreichen.
Diese Ferienwohnung ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Die vermietende Agentur Valerix (die noch zahlreiche weitere Wine Apartments in Florenz vermietet) verhält sich unfreundlich, abweisend und beleidigend, wenn Mängel auftreten und lässt einen nicht zu Wort kommen. Beseitigt werden Mängel entweder gar nicht oder nur mit Verzögerung.
Auf den Fotos bei Booking.com wird ganz bewusst die üble Lage des Appartements nicht gezeigt. Das Wohnzimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss einer düsteren und dunklen Hausecke. Die restlichen vier von fünf Fenstern gehen auf eine verdreckte, bröckelnde und mit Tauben verseuchte Autodurchfahrt hinaus. Wenn man die Fenster öffnet, stinkt es nach Taubenkot.
Wir hatten die Wohnung für den gesamten Februar 2025 gemietet und hatten gravierende Mängel. Siebzehn (!!!) Tage lang befand sich direkt über uns eine Baustelle, auf der jeden Tag ganztägig ab 7.45 Uhr morgens unerträglich laut gehämmert und mit Motorsäge und Schlagbohrer gearbeitet wurde. Für drei Tage hatten wir keine Heizung und kein Warmwasser. Sieben Tage lang gab es kein WLAN. Die Matratzen waren minderwertig und durchgelegen. Die Mischbatterie in der Dusche war defekt, so dass beim Duschen plötzlich kochend heißes Wasser herauskam. Die Fensterscheiben waren so dünn, dass man schon früh morgens Autolärm, wenn Autos durch die Durchfahrt fuhren und den ganzen Tag über lautes Taubengurren hören konnte.
Als wir die Agentur persönlich aufsuchen wollten, um uns zu beschweren, mussten wir feststellen, dass an der Adresse, die in unserem Mietvertrag angegeben war, nur ein Briefkasten hing. Am Telefon wurden wir beleidigt, wir wären aus Deutschland gekommen, um die Agentur auf den Arm zu nehmen und wir sollten uns doch beim Papst beschweren.
Die Agentur war nicht bereit, uns die von uns geforderte Entschädigung von 200-250 EUR zu zahlen. Booking.com war dann so kulant und hat uns diese Entschädigung gezahlt.

Le attrezzature da cucina scarse pochi piatti ,non un tappo per le pentole, senza un mestolo per prendere le cose. Maggiore pulizia delle stoviglie non avrebbe guastato

Tengo que ser sincero en éste punto ya que hubiese sido una estancia placentera porque el departamento cuenta con lo necesario, como comodidad, limpieza, instalaciones, ubicación y cuenta mucho el detalle de obsequiarnos una botella de vino pero desgraciadamente no todo fue perfecto, en estos tiempos es imprescindible la señal wifi y no obtuve ése servicio a pesar de ser reportado desde el primer día, el personal a cargo me dió una respuesta muy cómoda para ellos ya que una compañía de internet no tarda 72 horas para resolver un problema de conexión y así es como mis vacaciones se vieron afectadas ya que quedé incomunicado de mi familia, no pude comprar mis pasajes de tren en línea, y tampoco como entretenimiento ( películas , series) Esperaba del personal una solución o una compensación ya que fue un servicio que pagué y no recibí . Por favor resuelvan ése punto y sus clientes quedarán muy agradecidos
