Artfull place in residential area

Very spacious, beautiful artworks. Very friendly owner. You are totally away from the crowds, but with public transport (T1 and 6) you are in the city center within 15-20 minutes. There are some good restaurants within walking distance.

The traffic outside is very noisy all night through. Probably due to a deviation, but earplugs are recommended for the frontroom. The backroom has a duvet, but the room at the front has blankets. Very 50's, but a bit too much to my taste (hot & heavy.)

Comfortable stay in a great location!

The unit was spacious and well appointed for our family of four. The location was great with easy access to public transportation to get to all of the wonderful sites in Florence. Our host, Luigi, met us at the apartment and took the time to share suggestions on additional sites and amazing dining options. Overall a wonderful stay!

A fantastic stay in a local neighbourhood in Florence.

Informative host who gave us good information about the area and home. Great location away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. It was good to mix with the local community and their daily life. Great restaurants and cafes close by. Approximately 5 minutes walk to the tram for easy access to the city and airport. The house had many rooms/areas if you needed timeout from your group. Good air conditioning and a great shower.

Excellent apartment!!!

If you want to truly experience the local life in Florence and its surrounding neighborhood, this apartment is a great choice. It’s clean, well-maintained, and comfortably accommodated our group of five. There are two small cute balconies and plenty of space. It would have been perfect if there had been a second bathroom. The apartment fully met our needs. The host was very helpful—he waited for us to arrive, handed over the keys in person, and shared useful tips and recommendations for exploring the city and dining out. The neighborhood is full of charming little cafés where you can soak in the authentic Florentine atmosphere. In a word: excellent!

Location was a bit further from center, but there were busses and trams stations close to apartment.

Lovely large apartment a bit of a walk from the centre. We would stay again.

There was no breakfast option. The location was in a relatively quiet street in a nice area but a bit of a walk to the city.

Extremely nice and attentive host, a great location and very nice apartment.

The owner was super nice and kept in contact in the days before our trip, he even sent us pictures to reassure us that there was no flooding in Florence because of the heavy rainfall. His english is perfect and he's very attentive and responsive. The apartment is beautiful, with lots of space and a perfect location - bus stop nearby, tram nearby, you can walk to the city center and the neighborhood is safe.

The apartment is perfect for a trip with your family or friends. The apartment is very clean, comfortable, cosy and warm. You have everything you need. The area is safe and silent. Shops and restaurants around. There is also one park close to the location. The host, Luigi is a great man. He offers to you all the necessary information about the city, restaurants and touristic sights. I am happy to know and meet such people as Luigi.

The owner was very nice and welcoming. He met us and gave good tips, answered our questions. In the apartment he had left everything we needed and some extra things like coffee, tea, water. We appreciated the hygienic products that were there. The kitchen also had everything we needed.

Nice and comfortable stay

Nice flat, with a classic Italian look and feel, and well maintained furniture. The location is at the south of the historic city centre, by 30 minutes walking. For parking a car, there are few paid options, not too expensive. Spotless clean and quite well equipped kitchen

Nice clean apartment and helpful owner.

I like the neighborhood because it's quiet. The apartment is pretty safe and very comfy and clean. The owner is very helpful and explained to us the things that most tourist would wanna know. The kitchen is big enough for two people and there are two rooms available and a sofa/bed for large group. The internet connection is fast!

I didn't like the fact that it's far from downtown, but then again, there's a tram and buses in the proximity. It's a trade of quietness against convenience.

A nice experience

The host is very friendly and a nice person. Clean and comfortable accommodation within 5 minutes away from the public transportation. The kitchen and the bathroom are spacious, it has everything one needs.

Just two minor things, the room facing the main street gets a bit noisy from the night traffic and we would have liked just a bit more heat considering we came with the kids. The maximum is 20 degrees. Celsius.

Superb

Large apartment in a lovely neighbourhood with everything we needed for our stay. Super friendly hosts - gave us a great welcome and lots of tips. Excellent cafes and restaurants nearby, as well as large park and supermarket. 5-min walk from tram stop for a 10-min tram ride into town.

The only issue we had was the lack of double-glazing/sound insulation in the main bedroom. It is above a road and the traffic noise (and noise of neighbours upstairs) did keep us awake. But everything else about the apartment was great and the hosts were lovely. So book it, but maybe pack earplugs!

It’s a great place to experience living in Florence.

This place really made us feel like we were living in Italy. It’s in a lovely quiet neighborhood with cafe’s and a grocery store nearby. It’s close enough to the city centre and there is a lovey park nearby for a stroll. It’s a very comfortable place to be!

Homelike stay near the center of Florence

The pprtment was nicely furnished wit a taste so that you could feel like at home. The manager of the ppartment was nice and extermly helpfull, he gave us a mp with suggestions where to eat, what to see, how to get to tha city center. There was a nice surprice - for the first morning small breakfast was prepared :-). The internet conection ws realy fast. City center was close. We have realy enjoyed the stay here.

Very friendly host - Luigi - has helped us to accommodate, gave great advises on transportation, shops and dining. The apartment is conveniently located near park and close to the "tramvia" station, in only two stops from the central Stazione.

Gemütliche Wohnung für eine Familie mit erwachsenen Kindern. Es hatte alles, was wir brauchten, sogar Wasserflaschen, Tee und Kaffee, Salz, Olivenöl und Gewürze standen zur freien Verfügung bereit. Der Vermieter war sehr nett! Er gab auch gute und ausführliche Tipps für Unternehmungen.
