Very lovely apartment!
We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back! Opening the apartment doors with our phone bluetooth made check-in and out effortless! The place itself was beautiful, clean, and very spacious. The apartment was a nice short walk from the train station, making trips to the city center super easy! There is also an amazing cafe at the bottom of the street with nice staff, perfect for an espresso and yummy pastry before catching the train.
You have to take out your own trash at the end of your stay. Not a big deal because the dumpsters are across the street, but it is just one more thing to think about when packing up.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene!
L’appartamento è spazioso e funzionale. Ha tutto ciò che serve anche per mangiare e cucinare in struttura. Il proprietario è gentilissimo, dato il caldo afoso ci ha fatto trovare la casa fresca con i condizionatori aperti. Un piccolo gesto che fa capire la presenza e la cura dei clienti. A pochi passi c’è un bar, una salumeria e un supermercato per ogni evenienza! Davvero ben posizionata.

Apartamento agradável para ficar em Florença
O apartamento é muito espaçoso com cozinha, dois quartos, uma casa de banho e uma varanda protegida; A cozinha tem forno, fogão, frigorífico e na varanda tem uma máquina de lavar roupa e tem bom wi-fi em toda o apartamento; O check-in e o recebimento das chaves é tudo online, não há recepção; O host falava português, portanto foi mais fácil de comunicar e foi muito prestável nas situações que foram necessárias.
Havia muitas, muitas, MUITAS melgas e bichos de prata; Duas portas não abriam, nem as gavetas dos móveis de entrada (suponho por escolha do proprietário); Não há microondas, nem máquina de lavar loiça; O elevador é muito pequeno para duas pessoas com mochilas e uma mala de porão.

la era accogliente e molto pulita, abbastanza fornita ed in una posizione molto comoda, vicino alla fermata del bus e a diversi servizi. La zona era abbastanza sicura e comoda per non spendere troppo
La struttura era sprovvista di diverse comodità, ad esempio mancavano attaccapanni, tappeti e oggetti di uso quotidiano per rendere la casa più viva. Consiglio di prendere dei materassi più comodi
