I booked this as a solo traveller and, even if I felt welcomed and everything was smooth, it is an inconvenient location specially to arrive during the evening or night when it gets dark. The buffet breakfast and all the staff were great, but I wouldn't go back as a solo traveller just because of the convenience and safety to get there by myself.

Included breakfast was very good with various options. No fridge in room or ice machines, but staff offered to store food we had with us in their kitchen fridge. Exterior areas and grounds could use some cleaning. Wifi was very slow, unable to watch videos and cell phone reception was very poor in iur room.

This is a great stay on the outside of Florence. Transportation into the city is convenient as there is a bus that takes you into the centre of Florence for €1.70/person. Food variety at breakfast was good and the hotel parking is convenient if you’re travelling by car. Overall had a very comfortable and welcoming stay, and would highly recommend to travellers who want to stay in a quiet area of Florence.

I have spent only one night in the villa. From outside, it looks exactly how you would expect an italian villa on the Florence hills to look like, elegant, sorrounded by green. The room was quite simple and from my room I could hear other guests speaking at night from the corridor. The breakfast is italian style (i.e. mostly sweets and some warm toasts).

It goes above and beyond for the expectations for a 2 star hotel. Also it has free parking , which in Florence is great. Breakfast was good and varied. The area is beautiful, calm and silent, we really slept well and our room was warm in a cold winter night. It’s basic but what do you expect from a 2 star place? It has some common area in the outside, which is ok for summer. But it need means of transport for Florence, so if you go out at night you’ll have to take a taxi (20 euros). This place is best enjoyed if you have a car and you are not planning on drinking out.

As the prices are very high in Florence these rates for a night are reasonable. But the standard is poor. Rusty parts in the bathroom. You can hear any noise of your neighbours (from sex-life to snoring). Breakfast is good but the breakfastroom reminds to an waitinghall at the trainstation. At Check-out no WiFi connection so nobody could pay their stay by card, only cash possible. Perfect bus-stop in max 100m (line 7 to Florence Station and Fiesole)

Beautiful location. Decent room size. Firm beds. Lovely view of Florence. A little dorm-like but confortable. Just outside of the city (15 minute bus or taxi from central train station). Decent breakfast.

This “hotel” was more like a old hospital. The layout was super weird and did not resemble a hotel at all. The rooms were tiny and very basic, beds were extremely uncomfortable and there were no basic ammenities. Not even soap in the bathrooms. The location is around a 20 min bus ride out of the city - it’s a nice area but not close to anything. I really would not recconebd staying here to anyone

Amazing property in a stunning area. Breakfast is delicious and varied. Come early for more food options, as some dishes are not replenished. Staff are amazing and accommodating. We were allowed early check-in at about 11:30 am which was very convenient. Thanks Alex, Luca, ...

The staff at the property were good. Air conditioning is advertised but it was terrible and the room never cooled down even when left on permanently. You can hear everything with adjacent units to the side and above. Beds were terrible (noisy and old mattresses). There is no fridge or any kind of amenities common in a hotel room. The breakfast was okay with pastries and fruit and drinks. Worst stay during our trip across Italy.
