Nice location with free parking and a view of the city
Helpful staff, changed our booking dates, when they did not need to. Friendly and accommodating. Lovely pool and view, except we were too late and slightly too cold to use it. 😢
Accommodation is a little rocky when you walk and the walls are very thin, but overall a sorry but enjoyable stay

Awesome view for an unforgettable experience
Absolutely fascinating location with an amazing view over Florence. There is a restaurant and a small convenience store next to the pool on site, so one can have a really nice pizza arriving late in the dark. The camping pitches are very well shaded with trees and it looks like there is sufficient space between the pitches. Mobile home was clean, cosy and equipped with everything one needs with a lovely porch. There is a shuttle to the center of the village and from there one can get public transport, so in a total of an hour one can be in the centre. Staff was super kind and helpful as we got confused on the way to Bologna thinking we are entering a ZTR zone and called them to return but they explained over the phone it is a new zone restricting old vehicles saving us a big hassle. Would certainly return if i get the chance.
Our mobile home was at the very entrance, meaning we could hear each car entering the campsite at any hour. It is a mobile home, so rooms are small (bathroom too, bit problematic for tall people, whose legs hit the wall :-)) but super cosy.

Excellent staff, always helpful, smiling. Nice, new, clean facilities. Restaurant food and service were also excellent. I would stay there again.
Pool water temperature - too cold, not pleasant. Shuttle van schedule - running once per hour is not enough. It requires planning and is a source of stress. If it was once per 30 minutes it would have been better. Water pressure in the morning - not sure why but taking a shower between 8 and 9 AM was difficult. Either there is no hot water or no water at all. It was a challenge. No issues at other times though.
