Everything. This place is magical, super comfortable, with AC!, towel warmers.
We did not make use of the amenities like the pool and restaurant because we were too busy in the city, but the stay itself is awesome
If I had a complaint it would be about transportation to the city being difficult, time consuming, and expensive. But that’s not their fault and they were gracious helping us understand and book taxis and public transport.

I loved the views, the space was more or less comfortable. The restaurant and shop is convenient. The restaurant and store staff were wonderful and kind. Home was clean. Toiletries providdd
The shower was mouldy and didn’t work properly. The reception lady was very rude and unhelpful. Far from town and Florence. You need a car, which won’t take you far thanks to TZL. Or you have to take a shuttle then bus and then a tram to get to Florence. Inconvenient for many people or families

Unit 25 is great!
Air conditioner in unit 28 does NOT work. Ants on floor near entrance and in fridge door.
