Property 15 min walk from the attractions. Quiet area, felt secure. Keypad then lockbox to get in. Two full bathrooms. Comfortable bed. Plenty of storage. All kitchen equipment needed. Good value little 'forno', bakery/sandwich shop, opposite.
Not much, but the double room was the smaller of the two, so only room for 1 bedside table.
It was quite dark because semi basement, but view onto an internal courtyard garden.

La ubicación muy buena, se puede ir caminando a todos los lugares de interés y además tiene muy buena conexión con la estación de trenes principal.
Los espacios son lindos y tiene 2 baños muy amplios.
Que el acceso era con una escalera hacia abajo, desde la puerta de acceso y consideramos que era riesgoso. El piso es semienterrado y eso no estaba descrito de manera precisa.
La calefacción de activa a las 18.00 y no dura toda la noche.
El sofá cama y las camas individuales no eran cómodas, estaban un poco hundidas.
A pesar de eso estuvimos bien.

Comfortable, clean, well situated. About a 7 min walk to the tram. When looking for property it’s a grey door on the street and the first code given is for this door, the second code is for the key lock. It is a basement so there are stairs.
Was not keen on the fact that there is no banisters by the stairs - if you have young children or in our case elderly, it can be very dangerous - if you fall there is nothing at the end of the stairs to break the fall and you could end up going right over. Suggestion to owners - put a banister up at the end of the first flight of stairs before the turn to the left for the next few stairs - this will prevent what could be a serious accident

Es un hermoso lugar , con mucha vegetación, con pileta y yacuzzi . Todo confortable y las habitaciones completas.
Muy amables todo el personal, en especial , el señor de la noche que nos ayudaba a resolver nuestras inquietudes con muchísima predisposición
No recuerdo haber encontrado algo mal. Todo muy bien.
