Piazza del Mercato Centrale

The apartment is a really nice situation in the city. The guest is quite nice and always willing to help. Her English is really good so it is quite easy to talk with her and in case of problems she answers really fast. It has everything needed for a nice holiday. The train station is quite close, the central market is just in front and the city center is 5 min away. You have plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area. Everything was quite clean and we did not have any issues. The apartment is really nice for a couple. We were 4 and it was a bit small and without privacy.

It is not for people with moving problems due a long stairs. This is not mentioned correctly in the description as it is said that just the upper rooms have stairs and all apartments have stairs to reach. So if you go with old people or with someone that cannot go upstairs do not reserve here. We were four people with four suitcases and it was pretty annoying to climb the narrow and steep stairs until the 3rd floor, specially since two of us were children. The wifi is really bad and the television is tiny so if you plan to stay inside the apartment long time (maybe resting after walking) this is not your place.

Great location, clean and spacious.

Don't look anywhere else if you're planning to stay in Florence! The room was excellent. The bed was extremely comfortable, and everything was spotless, practical, and thoughtfully arranged. The high ceilings made the room feel very spacious. The water pressure and hot water were both outstanding. There was even a bidet shower next to the toilet, which was very convenient for us. They had also provided a plug adapter. The location of the room was so perfect that it helped us have an incredible Florence experience. Everything was within walking distance, which made getting around extremely easy and enjoyable. Also, the natural view from the window was beautiful—we loved waking up to the sound of church bells in the morning, which made the stay even more special. The view overlooking the Duomo, Florence's magnificent cathedral, was absolutely breathtaking. Check-in and check-out were very easy and hassle-free. Most importantly, our host Luisa was always available and solved every problem we had at any hour. She is such a wonderful person that I wished she were my sister :)) She kindly allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in and after check-out, which was incredibly helpful. She also helped us with a major problem we experienced during our trip. We can not thank you enough! We are truly grateful for your kindness and hospitality.

There is nothing we did not like

The location is excellent, very close to all the attractions and restaurants.

There was too much noise every day at early hours (5 am). The principal bed was not comfortable, we were 4 people with one tiny toilet paper, the kitchen and bathroom with a bad smell. Taxes were too expensive (even if it's a government tax) and it has to be paid in cash, so it's a big amount of money with no flexibility to be paid in a different way.
